SNO ski holidays Omdömen

SNO are great... We have used them for several years now to book our family ski holidays. They have a wealth of ski resort knowledge and Jack in particular has been so helpful in finding us the perfect holiday and adding ski extras as required.... And the holiday is usually cheaper than booking direct

Jack was extremely helpful in assisting me with my annual ski holiday. After I provided him with a list of criteria, he presented several suitable options.

Greg was great, helped sort everything I needed quickly and at a good price

Richard was patient and diligent without being pushy as we went through our options and made our eventual decision - we took some time but he kept with us and gave all the information we needed. Unfortunately because of our delay our first choice was sold out but we found what looks like a satisfactory solution and we're looking forward to a happy fortnight..!

As a disabled skier booking a holiday is not straightforward. Greg from SNO takes all the hassle away. He is thoughtful, responsive and very efficient. This is the second year I’ve relied on him and been very impressed with his service. Thank you Greg!

Richard from Sno dealt efficiently with our last-minute booking. He took our enquiry on from Jack as he had dealt with our friends who had booked, through Sno, the same holiday. He gave us options to consider and was diligent in ensuring the booking was completed accurately and speedily.

Richard at SNO was really helpful in helping us book our family holiday. Richard has fantastic knowledge of the resorts and the hotels (with crèches), allowing us to choose one which would be best suited for us (two children under 3 years old).

He was also really helpful with answering additional queries with our booking.

We recommended Richard to a friend and they booked their trip shortly after this introduction. We will definitely be coming back to book another trip with Richard for next year.

Thank you!

Richard has been really helpful for our two families - skiing together but booking separately. Very responsive with all our questions and changes, and good advice to help first time skiers.
Can’t wait for the holiday, but can’t fault Richard and Sno so far for the booking process.

George Ledger at Sno.com was fab, helped identify suitable options quickly and within budget. Efficient service will definitely use in the future.

This is our 4th year booking our ski hol through Sno. They are professional and friendly, super helpful with a great choice of resorts and accommodation. It’s the second trip that Richard Tasker from Sno has helped, advised and made our booking. Thanks Richard and the team at Sno.

Richard was super helpful in arranging our ski trip to Val D'Isere. Our usual hotel was in bits whilst it was undergoing a re-build so Richard looked around and found us a couple of alternatives.
However I had found another one I liked the look of that was not on Sno's usual list and he contacted them and was able to arrange our stay there - absolutely great and very much appreciated!
We have booked with Sno several times in the past and are always treated to the best service.

Super easy booking process, Greg was very communicative and helped navigate our multiple requirements. Now I look good to my family that I sorted the trip out in just a few days!

Great service - Jack very efficient and nice to deal with

Richard was great, really took time to find out what we needed and sent plenty of suggestions, was very happy to tweak the ideas, and all was very straightforward. Took away the stress of looking for what seemed like it could be a needle in a haystack!

Jack the representative from SNO was helpful and able to answer my questions.
If I asked something he was unsure of he was able to get the answer quite quickly.

We recently booked our skiing holiday with SNO and couldn't be happier with the experience. Richard was great– he really listened to our requirements, gave us a great range of options to consider, and patiently answered every single one of our questions. Booking was seamless, and we're already excited for our trip. Highly recommend SNO and Richard to anyone planning a ski getaway!

Richard was very helpful and patient on the phone as I had trouble with my credit card. No pressure and just gave me time to sort it out.

Knowledgable, intelligent, committed staff who make the whole process very easy and genuinely care about giving good customer service. This time Calvin dealt with our booking, which was a pleasure from start to finish.

2nd year booking with Sno and Calvin great service and always manages to get a great price

It was a first time booking our ski holidays through an agent and George made the experience so easy and provided options as per our needs.
