Smyth And Associates Omdömen

Came out within a few days and did a comprehensive survey. Results back within days. Professional service is hard to find these days. Would recommend.

I can highly recommend Smyth and Associates. I was very pleased with the thorough service provided. I had used another firm previously who recommended a Homebuyers survey in relation to a property I was about to buy - the Homebuyers survey pretty much said the property didn’t need any urgent work. My own instincts said differently, so I instructed Seamus Smyth to undertake a full survey and was so glad that I did since the full survey showed that quite a bit of urgent work was necessary - so much so that I decided not to proceed with the purchase. On finding another property, I immediately instructed Seamus to carry out a full survey and am currently proceeding with that purchase instead. Seamus is one of the safest pair of hands in the profession. Brilliant.

Excellent, thoroughly professional service. Seamus was a pleasure to work with; knowledgeable, insightful and willingly communicative. These traits help buyers to purchase from a position of clarity, understanding and as a consequence with informed confidence.

Very thorough report received, very approachable answered any questions I had. Quick service, would thoroughly recommend this company.

Very thorough and comprehensive survey, delivered promptly and professionally. Would recommend.

Seamus has just done a survey on our house and we can’t thank him enough. He was extremely professional throughout and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

The full building survey from Smyth and Associates was admirably thorough and always clearly expressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I found Seamus to be very professional and efficient in his work. I hired his services to produce a building survey report (formerly known as a structural survey) and the report that arrived was very comprehensive, The report proved useful in not only identifying the current condition of the property, but giving me peace of mind and also proving valuable in the final stages of the house purchase. The report contained many photos to help explain the issues the property had and plain English was used throughout!

I will recommend Seamus to friends & family and in the event I move house soon, I will be contacting him again.

Regards

David, Rochdale.

Excellent service. Very detailed report and I would use them again for future surveys

Very thorough and comprehensive survey that alerted us to several issues that we would have not otherwise known about. Report was completed in timely fashion and Seamus was very helpful throughout.

Séamus provided an excellent service. The survey was undertaken within only a matter of days, followed by a full highly detailed report within a week. Séamus was very helpful in assisting with all of our questions regarding both issues raised in the report and further issues raised throughout the purchase process. We would definitely recommend Smyth and Associates.

I have used Smyth and Associates 4 times now to conduct building surveys in liverpool. First class service every time from initial enquiries through to completion of the surveys. Seamus produces extremely detailed reports including photos and has always been on hand to answer any questions I've had. I'd recommend their services to anyone and will continue to use them myself.

Very professional and communicated well throughout the process. A detailed report including pictures produced as well as a shorter report to help with negotiations. Many thanks.

Would recommend Séamus to anyone who is in need of a surveyor. Extremely helpful and very quick with responses and with receiving our report . Our report was very thorough and definitely what we needed with being young first time buyers Séamus explained every little thing and also added a budget to each specific problem to help us know how much the jobs required we’re going to cost. Fantastic job couldn’t fault at all thanks again!

Fitted us in quickly. Excellent communication. Helpful verbal feedback prior to the written report. Clear and thorough report. Very professional service.

Seamus is passionate about what he does and at the top of his game.

I would recommend anyone looking to buy any property to perform a building survey with Smyth and Associates, worth every penny.

Following the report, it was very apparent that what had looked like a good investment was actually a high risk, non-starter.

Seamus carried out an extremely in-depth and revealing survey of a property I'm looking to buy. The survey report was very detailed and easy to understand. Seamus offered a lot of helpful advice to help me make my decision on the property going forward. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a survey done on a property.

An excellent and extremely professional service, with a fast and efficient service. I am very impressed with the detailed and informative building survey report I have received. it is both comprehensive, easy to read and understand. It's given me great confidence in knowing what I am purchasing and a focus on the important facts I need to be aware of before exchanging contracts.

I have no hesitation in recommending Smyth & Associates.

Was more expensive than other quotes I had but buying a house is the single most expensive purchase most people will ever make so the extra money was well worth it . The report was thorough , easy to understand and sent to me within the 5th working day as promised . I would recommend 100% , don't go for the cheap option for an important matter like a survey.
