This thing is a piece s&it. Pro mobile can’t hold up a phone. Customer service sucks. Selling mine cheap if any one wants to purchase a brand new piece of s$it...

I did get my refund for my purchase. If they would make their return process less stressful for the buyer it would help their brand. In the end they took care of the refund. If I were them I would have done more than just the minimum to make me happy. If cost me to ship the product back to the company and that was in their fine print. I can not speak to the reliability of their product at this time. I’m just glad to get my money back and be done with it. Below was my previous 1 star review that now has changed to a 3 star review. I ended up spending twice as much for a Movi and I’m pleased with the performance of this gimble.

The customer support has been frustrating! The unit was not working properly the first day and the Smove app is disappointing! After getting the run around I was told to ship the unit back at my own expense. It was delivered on the 15th and now it is the 27th. Still no refund and no customer support response to my return. I would not recommend this product due to the support and customer service alone.

I needed customer service due to something that I messed up and it was totally my fault.
I explained this in an email to them and they responded with an unresouding how can we help you.
I had a replacement Smove within days for no charge.
How often do you get that these days without long delays.
The product is fantastic and the service is even better.

I bought a Smove Stabilizer and I made a mistake when connecting to the Bluetooth with the wrong app that I downloaded so I didn’t give a very good review at the time! I just want to say make sure you download the correct app for your Smove! I love it and I’m going to enjoy using it in the future

We started using the Smove gimbal in February. It is easy to use and intuitive. We still can’t believe the pricing on this compared to other gimbals. It truly is an excellent value. So, we are starting to also edit in Premier Pro. When this Pandemic subsides, we’ll be getting more video up on our website and Facebook as well as YouTube.

I was so excited to use this device, to record myself teaching music class from home, as all teachers in Oregon are now needing to do Distance Learning. I couldn’t figure out how to make it track my movements and was going to return it, but, Olivia from customer support gave me step by step directions and sent a super informative video. After watching that, there was no way I was going to return this thing. It’s amazing! I was able to set it up properly after watching that, when I realized that I had missed the blue/red square tracking step. I’m definitely keeping this and I’ve already recorded my first lesson, posted it, and have received lots of positive feedback! Thanks SMOVE!

Easy to use, I literally just put my phone in and ready to go! Later I watched informative tutorial videos, and learned this does much more than I expected. My 10 year old now borrowed it and he has been live streaming and recording non stop with it. Now I think I’m going to have to get another one. Great build quality and user friendly. Kudos!

This is quite honestly the most complicated and ridiculous thing I have ever TRIED to use! After watching 4 youtube videos, reading ever single manual I still CANNOT get my phone to balance in landscape mode. I have tried, my husband tried, my 15 year old child tried and even turning the stupid thing on is tricky.

Totally over engineered and completely user UN-friendly.

Just give me my money back!

I have been going back and forth about purchasing a smart phone gimbal for a few years. Now that I have the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, I decided to pull the trigger. After doing far to much research, I opted for the Smove Mobile, and I'm glad I did. It's an amazing device. It works exactly as advertised and pairs seamlessly with the Smove app. It's very intuitive, and makes even the most basic of video look professional. I love having the ability to take pictures or videos, all within the Smove app. If you, like I was, are on the fence about purchasing the Smove, I would definitely recommend purchasing it. You won't be sorry.

The gimbal I purchased is amazing and is definitely something I recommend to everyone who is into talking pics and making videos. I had an operator error, I contacted customer service and they were very professional and expeditiously walked me through my problem. Awesome stuff...

I was having an issue pairing my phone with the smove mobile. I tried for about an hour before I decided to email customer support. I was very surprised to get a reply within minutes. Sam contacted me via email and gave me instructions on how to resolve the problem. I followed instructions and the issue was resolved. Great customer service!

I’ve had the smove mobile gimbal for 18 months now and love it. I do considerable resort and cruise ship photo and video. The gimbal is smooth and in combination with the extension, it’s invaluable. The facial tracking feature in app is fun too. Great product for the DIY content maker.

I bought myself a smove just after Christmas last year and only took it out for an actual test-drive recently. I AM DELIGHTED with it though it did take quite a bit to get the hang of how it works and the functionality with the app. I worked out how to face-follow and object-follow (using the app) but don't need it for anything else as the camera on my Samsing Galaxy S10 plus is brilliant and pairs with the bluetooth easily anyway.

Unlike Joshua (via a comment from Facebook), I asked for support and got it so no issues there at all. From me, the smove comes highly recommended if you like to take videos that are smooth, want something sturdy with an extension (not as long as a selfie stick but still good), like to convenience of a fabulous mini tripod, like a well constructed case, might use it to keep your phone charged and want your videos to look like a pro has taken them (using the face-follow function) --- it might be for you too ... very happy
