I placed an order for approximately $60 plus shipping and never received it.

When I reached out to the company for help, I was told the package showed as delivered and that was essentially the end of the conversation. There was no effort to investigate, offer a replacement, or provide any kind of customer support.

I understand delivery issues can happen, but how a company responds is what matters. In this case, the lack of accountability and support was disappointing. I would not order from them again.

This still stands out as one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

I used to love the alcoholic confectionery from S&S when you got a real hit of gin, whisky etc. Have they been bought out? I bought bags of 4 different flavours - could hardly differentiate between them and no hint of alcohol. Oversweet and revoltingly stuck together and sticky. Had bought some as gifts but would be embarrassed to give these. Save your money and buy a pack of M&S fruit pastilles. SO disappointing.

Bought the alcohol gummies, obviously I didnt expect much more than a light buzz , but after consuming 5-6 of these on an empty stomach…. Nothing. Such a waste of 40$. You want real gummies with alcohol, soak your own gummies in vodka, these might have one drop of alcohol in each gummy, couldn’t even give a newborn baby a buzz with these. save you money, Don’t do it

I recently purchased a customized box of gummies. Once received the box looked used, shabby and not new as it was supposed to. I reached out for help, they refunded $5 and stopped responding. So much for supporting small business. Ive disputed the charge.

Purchased these for Christmas from Meyer Southland. Imagine how crap the Christmas cracker experience was when we discovered not one cracker had the gummy. All we had was a hat and crap joke, I purchased them for the alcoholic gummy so was very disappointed when there was not one to be found in the entire box. Crap.

First discovered these a few years back at God's own Junkyard. The products are fab and the customer service team seem to reply at all hours. One star deducted as the shipping always takes forever.

Made first purchase at Christmas for a present and my friend loved them! Arrived quickly and tasted gorgeous. The only problem was there was damage to the packaging so the box was slightly ripped and the corner was scratched off however, that could have been the postman trying to squeeze them into my letterbox. Very unique product, never seen anything like these about. Would definitely buy again! Hoping for loads more flavours.

Ordered easily through the website, came promptly and well packaged. Not tasted them yet though as they were nice presents for friends, so may need to order more....for myself just to find out!

Love these sweets and they are now vegan which is even better...I’ve been buying them for gifts and now I can have them too!

Looks great and arrived quickly. Will make a great alternative Christmas present to the usual bottle of booze.

Love Smith and Sinclair products!! Great gifts and a wonderful talking point - the only problem is I tend to treat myself to them a little too often!!

Amazing flavours which match a cocktail made by a mixologist and vegan friendly too!

Very good balance of sweet and drinks would be perfect as a dessert or even a sweet to unwind with

I absolutely LOVE this product. Alcohol and sweets in one delicious and exciting package is genius. I have bought these as gifts for friends (and been very popular afterwards!) and am seriously considering having them as party favours at my wedding!

I have given these to so many people for birthdays, the PERFECT "What do I get my sister in law for her birthday?!" Type of gift. Such a good go-to. (Also perfect for the theatre/gigs because you can get drunk and not need to pee!) Amazing.

Great conversation piece for a dinner party!

Brought them out after dinner when I had guests over and they went down a treat.
