The team at Smile Air Conditioning have been a delight to work with right from the beginning. From the initial quotation through to the installation, the team have always been very responsive, professional and kept me up to date throughout, even through their busiest time. The A/C units are fantastic quality and look great, installed well, and the outdoor units are super quiet. The guys doing the installation worked hard all day to get the system up and running, even in 30 degree heat. They took time to explain the works, ask where I wanted things placing, and explained how to work the system. Cannot fault any part of the service from start to end and would happily recommend Smile to anyone!

I came across Smile when looking for a company to fit air conditioning in my house. I wanted someone local and family run as I always find that it produces better outcomes than with national concerns.

The initial contact was with Aaron who was very knowledgable and answered all my questions without hesitation. As a heat wave was in progress, supply became an issue but with good advice, an alternative was found, delivered and professionally fitted

The chosen units were from the Daikin Stylish series and are very impressive. The indoor units are thinner than any other unit I had seen, efficient and surprisingly quiet, especially in 'night mode'. As a premium Daikin product they were more expensive but with everything on them from internet control to micro filters I feel they were well worth the extra cost.

My only criticism of the process was that I was left with some equipment packaging which I had to dispose of myself. Despite, this, I'm happy to give them 5 stars and to recommend them to friends and neighbours.

I had such a fantastic experience with Air conditioning installed in my bedroom earlier this year that when I decided to have a second unit in the lounge it was 'no contest', straight back to Smile. Although they were understandably very busy, the price had been held, the dates agreed by phone to make sure it fitted in with my time and theirs, and off we go.
Adam and Jacob (Adam for his second visit after being part of the duo who installed the bedroom unit) arrived spot on time and it was like greeting an old friend. Jacob confided Adam had said to him "you'll enjoy this one" and so it was. Professional as always, courteous, helpful, they worked non-stop while maintaining the same level of harmless banter, and when finished left the area spotless clean, all the debris put in my various bins.
In a way as it is only a small two bedroomed bungalow there is no need for any further units, but if necessary they will always be my first choice and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks me.
What I didn't realise at first is that this excellent unit as well as cooling a room in summer it can also be to switched to warm one as the summer fades and the nights draw in, two perfect reasons to choose it.

The team arriving to install yesterday were really friendly, polite, well prepared, happy to answer any questions and help out wherever they could. They did a sterling job of installing my split system providing a super tidy installation and left the house spotless.

I ordered my air conditioning unit on 28th May and the unit was installed on 1st June as arranged.Two young engineers named Aaron and Reece were professional,polite and never stopped from start to finish.They left no mess as they cleared up as they went along.I am very impressed with the company,the price,the communication with the team when I had a query.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the very professional service provided by this company. From the initial telephone call with Aaron and then a video call with Josh plus a site visit a few days later. His experience and advice really helped us decide where to place the unit and within 10 days an Air conditioner has been installed by the engineers Kyle and Jacob. We have had the pleasure of using SMILE air conditioning two times! Aaron has been an absolute pleasure to work with, very fast in his responses and accommodating. We originally installed air con in our kids room a couple years and then decided this year to install in our bedroom and study. Everything was done in one day by Jabob and Kyle, so fast and efficient. Would highly recommend!

We had air conditioning installed in our kitchen/diner by Smile a couple of years ago, and we were delighted with the service and equipment installed.

The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly tidy, leaving no mess behind. They explained how to use clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.
No issues at all with the unit and we called them for a service. Also asked if they would look at the upstairs unit too even though it was installed years ago by a different supplier.

Service engineer was lovely and very efficient.
