I truly don’t have the words to express how happy and grateful I am right now—I’ve passed my EPA! I want to sincerely thank you, my tutor, Joanne Sadler, for everything you've done during my Level 5 Leadership and Management journey. Your support, guidance, patience, and encouragement have meant more than I can say. I honestly can say I had the best tutor who helped me through my level 3. Tim helped me grow my confidence so that my end assessments went perfect and I achieved an overall merit all thanks to Tim. Smart training really is overall amazing and I am truly grateful.

Caroline Kelly made sure i had all the help and support to achieve a distinction level pass on my Team leader Level 3 training she was by my side every step of the way offering support and help all the time and made my smart experience amazing and help me achieve all my goals during this time

Overall, I found the HR Level 3 Apprenticeship to be a valuable learning experience that has helped me develop my HR knowledge, skills, and confidence.
One of the main challenges I experienced throughout the programme was the number of tutor changes. The lack of continuity at times made it difficult to build momentum, and I occasionally felt frustrated and overwhelmed. There were points during the course when I felt so far behind that I considered giving up altogether.
However, towards the end of the apprenticeship, Wendy became my tutor, and her support made a huge difference. By that stage, I was struggling to bring everything together, but Wendy helped me make sense of the requirements and guided me in a way that finally made everything click into place. She gave me the drive, determination, and confidence I needed to keep going and successfully complete the course.
Thanks to Wendy's encouragement, support, and belief in me, I was able to finish the apprenticeship and achieve a Distinction. I genuinely don't think I would have reached that outcome without her guidance. Wendy was truly a knight in shining armour at a time when I needed support the most, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she did to help me succeed.
Despite the challenges along the way, I am proud of what I have achieved and thankful for the knowledge and experience I have gained through the apprenticeship journey.

I have passed Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3. At 40 I didn't believe that I could gain a qualification, but I have. My tutor Clare was extremely patient and supportive as I progressed through the course, especially when I was struggling with my confidence. It was easy to reach out to her when I needed reassurance and I never felt rushed during the masterclasses and meetings. It was great that I was part of a cohort to gain different opinions and knowledge, and to share my own. The group was a comfortable size that allowed for open discussion and everyone was included. I will definitely consider Smart Training and Recruitment for my Level 5, but I shall be having a well earned learning break first!

Cindy was really great with me, I had felt so supported by her throughout my whole apprenticeship, I had learnt a lot through the year and got my first ever distinction with her. From completing a business administration apprenticeship, my experience was great as my tutor Lindsey supported me with all areas of the apprenticeship and helped me prepare for the EPA in which I got the grades I wanted. Highly recommend!

I took the Level 5 Coaching Course on recommendation from a colleague. While the course itself was very time-consuming, with a lot of coursework and admin, the support received from my tutor Andrew was really great.
I would recommend being fully aware of how much time is needed per week to complete the course, as doing this while a full job role was very tough. However, now it is done I do not regret the late nights.

From the start of my apprenticeship all members of CMI were welcoming and friendly. My assigned tutor was Cindy Clarke and well, she was just amazing. Thorough support and guidance throughout my journey, Cindy was supportive and reassured me in my moments of doubt. Regular reviews and clear guidance as to what needed to be completed. I am grateful for her mentoring me over my 2 year period, I actually don't think I would have kept motivated if it were not for her.

My tutor, Emily Schramm was knowledgeable, engaging, and approachable. She was always there if I needed an extra bit of help. I also appreciated how the sessions were paced, allowing enough time to absorb the information without feeling rushed.

In addition, I successfully completed Functional Skills Level 2 in both Maths and English, taught by Debbie Seiles. Her teaching was clear and engaging, however, I needed to dedicate a significant amount of time to independent study as I did not have a strong maths background.

The training material was well structured, up to date, and clearly explained, making it easy to understand even more complex topics.

I would happily attend further courses with this provider in the future.

When I first started I had an awful experience with my tutor, I even withdrew from the course.

However, this was fully turned around when I had my tutor Lindsey, she was absolutely amazing. She is supportive, thorough and gives great feedback to help you improve. Anyone who works with her is extremely lucky.
