In the beginning
In the beginning, Laurie was extremely helpful, and the prices are extremely competitive compared to other storage facilities. The best part is that they guarantee that the prices won't change for a year.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns regarding our rent rates. We take pride in being the Home of the 1 Year Price Guarantee, which means that we guarantee your rent rate will not change for the first year of your lease. After that, we do adjust our rates annually to keep up with the market and cover our expenses, but we promise to give you ample notice before any increase takes effect.
We would like to clarify that our policy of raising rent rates annually is not standard practice in the industry. In comparison to our competitors, who may raise rent rates every month or so, we believe that our approach provides a more stable and affordable option for our renters.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope this information helps to alleviate any concerns you may have about our pricing policy, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with exceptional service.

Kindness Matter's
Must Share, managers Bev and Pat... have hosted me in and out of their property since 2019. Their kindness has gone above and beyond for me. Personally I must share a of feeling of comfort and security.
I have rented from them at least three different times with my hard walk. These managers have always given such kindness.
If I could shout it out to the world that Roseville Self Storage and managers Bev and Pat are exceptional... I will! Accommodating me with friendly pricing, and good sizing of storage, has never been a bother. Always --welcomed me with Kindness.
