Smart Self Storage Omdömen

Wonderful helpful staff. And very friendly. The are present on the property every time I am there. Susan rides her golf cart around saying hello and stopping to chat a minute.
When I was thinking of downsizing my unit she drove me around to show me the different size options. I’m a visual person and needed that! Highly recommended this place for your storage needs.

Both Pat and Bev Fountaine ..... were the most helpful, and caring .... They made me feel that this was the best place to be.... Because of them I am so confident that the 'treasures to us' will be safe.
I don't think we have been able to pick a better place.

I was treated so grateful. Explained in full details. About the contract. And the employees were awesome

Bev and Pat are terrific! They are helpful and engaging. They even called me to tell me my lock was not secured correctly on my security door.

Great and friendly staffs going over and beyond to assist. No hassle, really flexible.

Susan and Dylan did such a great job and had such a friendly attitude during the transition of my mom's moving! They were also very helpful to the movers who needed to pack our things away for her! Thank you again!

Excellent customer service. Very clean place. Convenient location for me.

Great customer service. Cleanliness

Crystal is a great manager. Highly organized, personable and efficient. She's the best!

Very nice clean storage. I love the fact that each unit is armed individually with onsite security. Lori and Kris have been delightful to work with.

The staff at Lakewood Self Storage are always pleasant, professional, and very helpful. The facility is quiet and clean. It's the best storage facility we've ever used.

Staff (Mike) was pleasant and very helpful. He understood my needs and showed a couple different spaces making the decision easier.
Paperwork was well organized for smooth faster processing.
The space was nice, clean, temperature controlled, and easily accessible.
Staff on duty was available immediately to help and to answer questions.

Great staff - helpful, knowledgeable. Help moving in and carts available. Fair prices.

The staff here, like in all businesses, make the difference; also the facility is clean, provides amenities like carts to help move items from your car/truck to the unit, and the ability to discard yout trash into their dumpster unlike most storage facilities. And, the location and hours are extremely convenient.

Not only is the actual storage itself easy to access and clean, but the staff treated me wonderfully! They listened to what I needed and helped me choose the right sized storage so I'm not spending more than I need to. Not to mention the pricing itself is fantastic for what you get!

It is so worth it for me to drive out to West Sacramento. I'm completely satisfied!

friendly and nice staff，good price！

Sandy and the guys are very helpful and informative. It doesn’t get any better than them in customer service.
The facility is clean and secure. Feel safer there than any place I’ve used in the past. Thank you!

My husband and I we're very happy with the service we received at the Turlock location. Lori explained everything to us, showed us around and offered to help us with anything we needed. We appreciated all the help Lori gave us.

Very helpful. Paperwork was clear. Management works to help you find a space when you need it

The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly, and did his best to be expedient. I appreciate his help and kindness. And tour facilities are clean and well kept, also! Thank you!
