My order came on time which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. I bought a trike for my sons 1st bday, the box was battered, the trike is scratched like hell and dented and the instructions to put it all together were absolutely abysmal. I wouldn't recommend

Quick and efficient

I ordered a trike for my wee girls birthday, Order came quick enough, but when opened was broken and cracked. Shop can only be contacted mon-Fri so very inconvenient. The man I spoke to on the phone about this problem was very unprofessional with no manners. If someone chooses to have a workplace as such they should be able to communicate with the customers politely and efficiently. The problem parts were replacedoing by post as no returns!! To say won't be shopping with them again.

After a little mix up with the toy i ordered (which was corrected in a matter of hours) they sent me a toy even paid the cost to get it to me on the Saturday which is not normally on the next dat delivery day. My nephew loved gis car. Lovely customer service. Would definitely recommend you to everyone :)

Ordered this item received online confirmation that transaction had been confirmed next day a text msg came to say item will be delivered on Tuesday which to be fair is quick as we ordered this on a Saturday I also received an email saying my payment ain't gone through from taz I Should re order to which I found strange I checked the bank and payment had left my account the car is really nice apart from a small dent on one side tried ringing smart play no answer

Firstly I paid for next day delivery which didn't happen then the box it came in was damaged and open. Then the mirror was scratched and one of the chrome mudguards was scratched and black. The instructions were for a different trike so overall a pain to put together. Awful overall quality of product

I have been looking at this train for a while and decided to "go ahead" and buy it!

Well, I so wish I hadn't! You name it and it is broken, missing or badly designed!

I had been hoping to surprise my grandsons for Easter and now have only the "remnants" to offer them!

I ordered the Mercedes ride on car for my daughters 2nd birthday and separately ordered the number plate. I had spent the best part of just under £150. It arrived a few days before her birthday and when my husband took it out of the box the car was damaged, there was a crack in the rear of the car. I contacted them and through communication via watsapp I was asked a number of questions. I asked whether another one could be sent out before her special day and I was told it wouldn't reach us on time! The number plate hadn't arrived by her bday and we had a damaged car to present to her. It's been 2 weeks and the number plate isn't still here. I had to chase them up again today and I requested for a full refund for both the car and plates and asked to refund me as soon as someone picks it up. I was told to call back Monday. I am extremely disgusted and will not be using them again. I will put an update on here of what happens Monday???

They stay true to their word and my delivery arrived the next day just before Christmas which was great for ppl like me how r last minute.com lol

I bought the Mercedes ride on car for my daughter, delivery was very quick and well communicated with text messages. The car is brilliant I can't wait for her see it, I would definitely buy from smart play zone again.

To tell the truth I haven't opened it to put it together as it's for my grandson and it will have to be put together at there's so can't give you a review yet sorry.
