This casino is absolutely appalling in every way! They offer promotions that are passed the expiry date so you won't receive the offer after making a deposit! If you win on any kind of promotional offer they will email to say you have won and the prize is there to claim, only to find that the prize actually hasn't been added and they will give you the run around for days saying they are "working on it still and to keep waiting"
The chat "support" are completely unsupportive and will give you half answers or wrong information, as if they will just throw out any answer and when you prove it to be wrong they will throw out another answer, if if it contradicts what they first said.
They take no initiative to even try or want to try to help, they would not go above or beyond for players and to try help solve any problems.
And they will continuously just say how they are sorry that we feel frustrated and they understand why were upset etc, but will never say sorry for their casino being the reason for the issue happening in the first place!! They take no accountability ever, and love to say how they are always working on being and doing better to give players th best experience, yet nothing ever changes and the same things will continue happening over and over! It's all talk and never any action!!!
They have a good game selection but literally that is about all I can say about this casino at this point. Other than that I would not even bother at all, there is many many more honest and transparent casinos that actually appreciate their players, UNLIKE this one.

Emailed here over and over again in order to close my account as I am experiencing gambling problems. No response. Went onto chat to be told that account closure can only be dealt with by email. So I told them that my emails are not being replied to. They said its a queuing system and to wait for a response. Well, I'm still waiting over 3 weeks. Its a joke. They just ignore you. Not good for people with problem gambling issues. They don't want to help. No responsible gambling measures in place either.
