This is my second review for Slots Gallery - my first one, after winning a significant amount and having to wait for at least 6 days before they started to action my withdrawals (slow process), I find myself in the same predicament as before.
I decided since they honoured the payout eventually, that I would give them another chance as I love everything about this casino; the platform, the games and the wins but again, i find myself waiting for my winnings and it’s been over two days and it’s no coincidence that this continues to happen on a fully verified account - they just don’t want to pay! I should also mention that I reached the highest VIP level you can obtain with the promise that I, being VIP, would receive my winnings before all others who are not, NOT happening!
I have reached out to support more times than I can count and I receive the same scripted responses, almost word for word, so I urge you to find another place to spend your money at.

Das so ein Betrug durch geht heut zu Tage wundert mich. Bei meiner letzten Bewertung hieß es ich soll mich beim livechat melden, das habe ich gemacht und es ist immer wieder das selbe Konto wird nicht geschlossen, auf die Emails weiterhin nicht geantwortet. Screenshot wurde beim livechat dazu gehängt aber den livechat interessiert es nicht, was slotgallery hier den Spielern antwortet, das ist sehr unprofessionell.
Es gibt einen Manager aber keiner verbindet einen weiter.
Ich rate hier keinem zu spielen!! Alles nur Betrug.
