Hi Claire, I am sorry to hear that your experience with SLW was less than perfect. We are currently revamping our freight and trialing new freight partnerships to ensure that smaller and/or lighter items are less expensive in future. Thank you for your feedback.

I'm happy
I'm happy, just the product wasn't exactly as I'd hoped. It's certainly not bad though, just didn't work exactly as I had planned.

I am Extremely disappointed with a service and the items I received. The majority of items came broken and faulty. I sent a message to Slimline on 7 Jule explaining the issue. However, I have not still got a response.

Good afternoon Olga,
I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. Our office is open Monday- Friday and we do not check our emails over the weekend. Our sales team can take up to a day to reply to inquiries regarding faulty items as we must liaise with our warehouse staff and QC teams. I can confirm that a member of our sales team will contact tomorrow to discuss this matter.
