Way too small….. waste of money.

Excellent service

I received my belt without the pads. I contacted Slendertone and a pack with 2 additional ones was sent out the next day. As for the product itself I have yet to use it. As far as customer service goes, I can’t fault it.

Ive always bought my replacement pads directly from Slendertone and would never purchase any other type from any other company!!

Well i like being electrocuted. Who knew it was this much fun. Ok for real you can feel it working on your abs. You have to work too though. Use the routines daily. Build it it in to your other exercise routine. I have little doubt it has an impact, but don't expect it will do everything by itself. It's great kit but you need to be in control

I ordered the Slendertone Evolve Abs, which clearly states that it comes with 3 adhesive gel pads. When my package arrived, the gel pads were missing. Without them, the belt is useless.

I immediately contacted customer service, providing screenshots of my order, payment, delivery confirmation, and later photos of the package, label, box contents, and even the printed list on the box that shows gel pads should have been included. Despite all of this, my emails were ignored.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was sent an automated request to “rate my experience” while I was still waiting for any real response. It feels insulting to be asked for feedback when the product was incomplete and no one bothered to fix it.

For such a well-known brand, this level of customer care is unacceptable. A premium product should come with reliable support, not automated brush-offs. If you buy from Slendertone, be aware: if anything goes wrong, you may struggle to get even the basics resolved.

I have always been pleased with your products and have used a belt on and off for years.
This time the pads are already getting sticky around the edge and i have only been using them a week

Had one previously that worked well, having the same experience now a few years on

The company can improve by giving me what I paid for, I purchased 3 items from this company, 1 was a pack of gel pads containing 4 packs of three pads there was only 1individual pack in the parcel, so I’m short 9pads.
After I gave 2star review they won’t reply to my emails. They insist I got a 12 pack.so the insinuation is that I’m dishonest. But I’m not letting this drop.

The company is doing prompt and quick service and delivery. Hopefully the women's arms toners do not go out of stock as I was getting back to using the gel pads etc every day. Keep doing what you are doing at the moment and improve peoples life style.

I ordered the new generation Slendertone belt but it still hasn’t arrived. After emails and electronic BOT messages (which are rubbish) I still haven’t had a reply from their customer service. Their mail delivery contractor is terrible with no updates given. Very disappointed.

I’m 8 weeks in to my slendertone journey after buying a bundle! I’ve concentrated on my arms and am amazed at the results! I use it every day ( as well as the tummy one) and am yet to do the bum toner as have been concentrating on arms! Love it!

I have always love these belts. Vert easy to use and I can notice a difference in my abs definition after a few weeks.

Bought the product came with no controller, slendertone dont sell the controller and you cant get it from anywhere so the product is useless, its just a pair of ugly shorts! Waste of time! Also I've asked for a refund following slendertones process and I've heard nothing so I cant even return them, shambles of a company

I have used slendertone belts in the past and they do work, but you do have to put some effort into it diet exercise etc. I have now purchased the ABS8 belt and I am not disappointed, really good quality item easy to use, also you get follow up e mails with tips on use and healthy meals I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.
