Brilliant service from this company. Assisted me very efficiently and items were dispatched very promptly. Wonderful company to deal with!

Ordered a WatchPAT 300 3 nights rental with central sleep apnea sensor - £481.00
LESS WatchPAT One with sleep expert interpretation - £290.00

I asked them to double check my order before payment, which they did.

12 days of waiting later, I have had to send 2 emails to get a response, only to be told they don't have one.

It's still being advertised on their site.

I purchased an additional CPAC machine for travel. The prices shown are competitive, but the website feels rather rudimentary and lacks some basic information such as run time of the machine, like buying a car without knowing the mileage. I thought if it's too high I can always send it back. Communication is fine if a little slow. After purchasing it went quiet, no updates on progress or delivery. I paid for next day delivery and after 24hrs called several times, but it was never answered. The number on the website does not connect, only a mobile on the invoice but the calls/messages when unanswered. I emailed (recommended communication method) and cancelled the order as I had a bad feeling at this point. I get an email within the hour regarding delivery. Delivery is not cheap however worth every penny as they use the brilliant APC, so it arrived in perfect condition and in the allotted time window. In this world of dire, cheap, & nasty EVRI/Yodel, any company who recognise the value in using quality couriers should be applauded. A big thumbs up from me.
The machine run time was just over 10k hours, so the price, I thought initially, was a bit high by at least £30. They do, however, included a travel bag, new tubing, and a new (genuine) PSU, all worth circa of £150+ making the overall cost excellent value. I didn't need these items, so asked if I could return these, but it is sold as a package. These are now welcome spares. You get the feeling these guys are a small family run outfit. A small improvement in communication both verbal and virtual would greatly enhance the customer journey. Otherwise, highly recommended, and all future success deserved. I will definitely use again

The website was clear and easy to use. The updates on the progress of the order was timely. The acceptance of no VAT being due on the order was reassuring.

The only negative thing was the lack of an automatic acknowledgement of receipt of the order. The lack of communication until the order was approved made for a nervy period of uncertainty.

Ordered a vcom and got it a few days later. Everything ok.
Does look like they do use order confirmation process step on wesbite step so 1st email was on dispatch - obs unusual in this ecommerce era.

Firstly, I would like to say that the prompt responses to my queries via WhatsApp were much appreciated.
Further, the overall diagnosis, while not detailed enough, was reasonably accurate. However, the detailed report by the somnologist was wide of the mark. To wit, I have since had a full sleep study done in a clinic, and other relevant inpatient tests which contradict her analyses.
It would seem that she (and perhaps other practitioners in the business) are under a lot of pressure?

To summarise, in my opinion the WatchPat 1 is worth a try but I wouldn't waste money on the detailed analysis.
Anyway, the attendant report, provided with the sleep study results, provides the relevant information.

Purchased a replacement mask for my Philips CPAP machine for £99 plus postage. 16 weeks later, it already has a hole in it - unfit for purpose. Any customer would expect the product to last longer than 4 months. Sleep Tight telling me the life expectancy of a mask is 1 to 3 months. The item was more expensive with Sleep Tight in the first place, but I had no choice but to buy from them. VERY BAD customer service. With the cost of living and the price of the item in the first place, who can afford to replace a mask that shouldn't even have a hole in it yet, every 1 to 3 months. VERY UNHAPPY. Would not recommend Sleep Tight

Excellent experience, customer service, product and delivery. I also think that communication is first class. I purchased S9 Escape CPAP Machine by Resmed and opted for next day. Arrived next day with excellent packaging and bag with accessories. I will use this company again in the future 10/10 !!!!

The Good: Genuine Product, was exactly as advertised not a copy or "close to".

In stock which was hard to obtain, could not find any other UK supplier that had it in stock.

Shipped within the time frame given.

The Bad: High price, this is the most I've paid for this kind of product ever, however this is more likely to be a supply/demand issue but still very high price. Also they advertise the price w/o VAT so it's even more expensive than appears on sales site, I am aware some people can be VAT exempt but still for end user consumers this is a bitter pill to swallow.

Extremely bad explanation of shipping options and no way to track shipping, practically 0 feedback once order placed from despatched, to arrived. If there had been problems with delivery it could have been difficult to resolve. Happily this did not happen, everything went smoothly.

Essentially they did a good job, higher price than I wanted to pay and worrying waiting for it to turn up but all worked out.

The first time I ordered, I received an email stating that the payment had failed, even though the amount was deducted. I reordered and paid again. After a long wait, I tried to contact them, but heard nothing for days. I was supposed to get a refund for the shipping costs, but never received it. Eventually, I canceled everything. Customer service is very poor, they do not deliver. I will not be ordering here again.

I've ordered twice from this company now. The second time, there was a slight hiccup with the order but it was very quickly resolved when I contacted them (the response was friendly and very helpful). I will definitely order from them again!

Paid for a Resmed N10 mask which I received on time, however the cushion was faulty and would not stay in the frame. I e mailed them three times about this and they never replied, I have now broken the cushion mounting trying to correct the fault so I have now paid over £100 for just the headgear. I won't be using them again.

Shame you cannot leave zero stars. Avoid this company , take your money then 2 weeks after order accepted have to be chased for non delivery, given excuses short staffed. Then haven’t got stock. Poor customer service.
Avoid

Driver did not give ample time for me to get to the door on 31st August.
Rescheduled for 1st September and did not get delivered due to the driver having too much on his round.
Contacted Sleep Tight on 31st and got no response.

Very pleased with service a bit slow to start with but eventually very pleased with the service I received .

My order was a Mirage Softgel mask which I used to get from my local Hospital , but unfortunately they no longer supply this mask so when I was told SLEEP -TIGHT ,CPAP Solutions LTD could supply I was very pleased.

Selecting a rental CPAP machine was straight forward, but there are required extras which bumped up the price. The machine was received promptly and appeared clean and well prepared.
The rentals organization was rather disjointed, and I had to request confirmation of the rental term, and when the machine needed to be returned. Confirmation of the term was received as well as the offer for me to purchase return shipping which I accepted. After starting to use the machine there appeared to be a fault with the humidifier which I reported but received no response. Additionally I received no response on my agreement to pay sleep-tight for return shipping, so after two weeks I shipped the machine back, and have heard nothing since.

Reliable customer service
