I've been using Sky Vegas for a while, and my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

In the last 30 days alone, I've lost £1,411.62, and during that time, I haven't received a single bonus. In fact, I can't remember the last time I had a meaningful win or received any kind of worthwhile promotion.

I understand that slot games are supposed to be based on RNG and RTP, but my experience doesn't reflect what most players would reasonably expect. I'm not talking about hitting a huge jackpot.
