Had a Wowcher coupon to book a lounge at Gatwick airport. I had a couple of questions, and emailed them three times, which were all ignored. I then decided to go ahead and book the lounged anyway, to find that they didn’t offer any at the north terminal on the day I was flying, only one lounge at the south terminal was showing. Awful customer services and wouldn’t recommend

Simply awful. Started off really well with a call that explained everything ... although I did wonder why its website was charging £180 for the stay plus an electric charge but when I spoke to them they quoted £80 plus an additional £40 for the charge! Perhaps this should have been a warning. The documentation I recieved stated to call them 15 minutes from the terminal. I was slightly early so phoned with a good 40 mins before my sat nav told me I was due to arrive.

I arrived and no sign. I waited, I called, I waited some more ... you get the picture. Several calls later and the guy turned up .. almost 30 mins later than we arranged. He blamed the traffic. Please note this as its a recuring theme!

On my arrival back I walked into a complete mess. I waited until i had collected my cases and then called (as instructed ... yep, I didn't learn from my earlier experience. You can guess the rest. No sign of them, several calls, waiting and further calls. All due to the unexpected traffic (again!).

It must have been almost an hr late when they finally turned up. I agree that the traffic at the short stay car park at Terminal 4 was very busy but if they are running a business (which they pointed out to me they were) then it doesnt take much understanding/common sense to look at the plan schedules and understand when the pinch points will be (I'm no expert but I would suggest they would be at a regular time each day) and take the appropriate actions.

Oh, and then I found out the £40 fee for the car charge was exclusive of VAT ... it would have been nice to have been told this when I agreed to the price.

The problem is that once you pay and arrive your stuck ... if they are late its tough .... be warned, dont use!

Purchased a voucher via Groupon for Sky Parking Services - advert detailed can use at Prestwick airport. Tried to redeem voucher however no drop down for Prestwick airport - despite countless emails and attempts to contact on my behalf they have not replied. Impossible to contact and reading through other reviews seems to be common occurance.Now going through Groupon to see if I can get a refund!!

Took payment but sent no booking confirmation. E-receipt had contact details for different company who could see the transaction but had none of my details.
All resolved but NOT through Sky Parking.

Tried to cancel my lounge booking as was no longer flying contacted via their web page and emailed tried calling but the message was always person your are calling is on another call. No response to any contact. DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY

Booked for lounge access at Gatwick but accidentally typed the flight number wrong. Unsure if it would make any difference but I’m due to fly out Saturday and had no response back at all and I’m panicking😢 no way of getting hold of anyone at all.

I have tried contacting skyparkingservices but the phone number you list is not in operation and I have tried to use their live chat but no luck and also emailed them but have not had a reply I am travelling on Sunday and purchased a groupon voucher for the lounge but cannot seem to book it

I have booked the lounge at Gatwick and due to go away next week. Unfortunately our flight time has changed and therefore I need to amend the lounge time. I have contacted via the website contact page and sent emails but I am not getting any response. I can’t find a number on google anywhere to speak to anybody.

Absolutely fantastic service and very reasonable. This is the first time we've parked at the airport and these guys made it so easy for us. We unfortunately over slept and were running very late and they were so calm and helpful. I can't remember the gentleman's name that took us to the airport but he was great and so was Andy who picked us up. Would highly recommend

Great budget meet and greet service. We had to park at Heathrow terminal 3 and it was very easy and convenient. Both departure and arrival was quick and smooth and the communication from the company was excellent.

Second time this year using this car park service! Excellent service! Andy has been our airport pick up both times, bless him he is lovely and goes above and beyond to keep contact with you even when there's some delays, which is to be expected at peak times. Very happy with this car park 😊

Cowboys at Bristol Skypark
Left my car without damage on the 9/7/24 returned 4 days later to damage to my car which I spotted straight away, they completely denied it , if you don’t care for you cars and like paying for damage to your car these cowboys are the one for you

On our outbound flight, we were left waiting for 45 minutes after the agreed transfer time (this was at around 4am and we were left sitting in a pub car park). Directions to parking were very unclear. A guy arrived (after our pickup time had passed), and told us his driver would be there in 5 minutes - he turned up 45 minutes later, blaming traffic. Bus that collected us was rusty and dirty.

On return, we were told that the bus would be there in ten minutes. It arrived over an hour after we called them to tell them that we had cleared customs etc. The driver stopped to drop off a colleague on the way back to the car. We were not given an apology or explanation as to why it took so long to collect us.

Overall, it felt like a bunch of cowboys were running the show

Will not be using them again: I would rather pay the extra and use Silver Parking at the airport.

When dropped at airport told that we would be contacted on the day of our return, but if we need we could ring a mobile number , on return we hadn't had any contact so rang the mobile and main office number no answer for over an hour, we arrived back at 12 midnight eventually got through at 1-30am , when they arrived there was another couple who got on the transport , when I spoke to them they told me there flight had been delayed for an hour, so I'm assuming the company made us wait to pick them up the same time , then the driver gave a couple of other gents that frequented the public house that this company are base a lift . When leaving the airport car park the driver had to get out to pay the parking and was swearing be had to do so very very unprofessional , not a good service at all would not recommend this company

There was a problem - but said problem was dealt with to my complete satisfaction.

Fly on Monday 8th July emialed 3 times now and meassged on the web site to change the vehicle still no reply no contact number to call beginning to think this is a scam company???

Been awaiting a reply since the weekend to change vehicle information as my car has broken down. Emailed multiple times with no response and can’t get through to any phone numbers. We travel Sunday. If someone could get back to me ASAP!
