Haroon
I have just spent time with a lovely gentleman at the Sky stand at the Trafford centre.
I had been in tears at home trying for hours over many days to sorr it out my TV
Account. But to no avail.

This wonderful gent who is called HAROON has sorted everything out with no fuss or fan fair.
What an absolute credit he is to Sky.
And is a shining example to how the company should be run

Give this lovely man a pay rise
HAROON I salute you.
YOU ALONE have sorted out what I have
Been try to do for hours o end.

Terrible service (customer service and signal)

I’ve been dealing with an ongoing complaint with Sky since January, and unfortunately the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve found customer service to be unhelpful and unable to provide a satisfactory solution.

What was particularly disappointing was being advised by a representative to simply cancel my mobile contract rather than having the issue properly investigated and resolved. As a long-standing customer, this felt dismissive and completely unacceptable.

Communication has been poor throughout, and there seems to be very little ownership of customer problems. I would expect a company of Sky’s size to provide far better support and accountability. Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend their customer service.

An issue remaining unresolved since January, along with the level of service you’ve described, is far from what we aim to provide. We completely understand how disappointing it must feel, especially as a long-standing customer, to feel that your concerns haven’t been properly addressed or taken ownership of.

We’re particularly concerned to hear that cancelling your contract was suggested as a solution, rather than taking steps to fully investigate and resolve your complaint. That’s certainly not the experience we want you to have, and we’ll be taking this feedback seriously.
