I was really struggling to sort my contract
I was really struggling to sort my contract out over the phone as the call centre just kept trying to sell me products and weren’t listening, it was also quite hard to understand them unfortunately. However the sky team at Cheltenham, specifically Sue, were Fantastic, they explained everything and couldn’t have made it any easier-really appreciate it, thank you.

Got a great deal for sky sports and broadband today. We even got Disney and netflix included. Saved so much money switching to sky. Grace was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Louise was fantastic from start to finish. Helped me sort out a brilliant new deal with sky, leaving a competitor broadband provider that was charging double for the same speeds! Louise is very experienced, knowledgeable and above all helpful and friendly! Great experience

As always Louise helped us massively
As always Louise helped us massively. Great advice, saved us money on our package and now have really fast fibre. Took the time to go through everything. Very understanding and patient with us technophobes! As always we would highly recommend Louise to any of our friends and family.
