In for full fibre because I have had it I’ll take me business to EE when this fixed contract ends

I bought an iPhone 17pro max from sky
I bought an iPhone 17pro max from sky. The device they sent me was problematic. I couldn’t use the data of my plan unless I kept switching from airplane mode to normal or if I switched the devise on and off. I couldn’t make calls as the screen was freezing all the time, I didn’t really have a phone. I called them and they suggested to cancel and refund the contract and send me a new device based on a new contract. That means that they would refund the 186£ I paid as a deposit for the first contract with the problematic device and I had to pay a new deposit for the new decide and contract. It’s been over a month that I still haven’t received any refund from sky about the cancelled contract. I have called several times and they reassured me that the money would be into my bank account within the next two days . However it’s been over 6 weeks and still nothing . I have called the customer service several times and I have even tried the chat option. Every time the same. Not only that but I realised that they charge me for two contracts instead of one! I haven’t paid the bill and I can’t use my SIM card and I still have issues with the replaced devise as well! No refund yet either!!!! Really bad company! Stay away!!!!!

Sky don't adhere to agreed prices agreed at the start of the contract and package pricing is made Confusing and is misleading. Sky sports is a waste of money as most major sporting events are now on TNT at additional cost. Sky broadband pricing also has risen after being told prices would not go up. Hence why I leaving.
