I recently moved from Virgin to SKY,and…

I recently moved from Virgin to SKY,and to say it is the worst thing i ever did is an understatement,i signed upto one of there deals for Essential TV and 900 Mbps full fibre for £35,i only joined on the 2/9/26 and they are already billing me £62 for it,i have rang them over 20 times and explained the situation they all agree and say the discounts have not been applied to my package and they will sort it,4 weeks later they still have not fixed it and i have opened a complaint with them and told them to cancel my contract because i am in the 31 day cooling off period,still nothing i have been sent another bill for the wrong amount,i have now asked for an Deadlock email as i have sent 30 emails 20 odd calls and they are utterly incompetent,i want out ive had enough and the next stage is the Ombudsman,utterly frustrated,stressed,unhappy,DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HOPELESS.

The assistant set us up for a new SIM…

The assistant set us up for a new SIM deal a couple of days before I went on holiday and said to pop in on my return and he would set them up. Upon my return, he was very welcoming and changed our SIM for myself and my wife. Very cheerful and showed us how to use the Sky app

Craig helped me set up Disney & HBO, great service as usual
I found him extremely professional, helpful, and went over and above to help me some of my questions.
He helped me set up a few apps. Very grateful.
Would recommend 👌 him to other customers for advice or help etc

Graham in Livingston designer outlet for Sky was fantastic, not overly pushy, understanding and happy to find a deal that suited! Really appreciated the help and went away with a fantastic deal too

Friendly, helpful service

Graham was very friendly, helpful and informative looking at my current contract and giving advice on how to get better deals.
Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because Sky does not allow for these in person advisors to make effective changes to existing contracts and I still have to call the service line to make relevant changes.
