Not impressed
Well first of all it's hard to get a call centre that speak English then for the same contract on the website that wouldn't work for some reason it would of cost £103 but under the call centre it would of cost £200 then the call centre trying to get me to pay an emergency service of all sorts , all I wanted was to change the account from my 8o year old mother into my name as I already pay for it , but they said cannot do it so now have to wait 24 months to cancel it.

I would like to recognise Malik for the outstanding customer service he provided during my recent call with Sky.
Malik took the time to carefully review my account in detail and thoroughly explained all the options available to me. Rather than rushing the conversation, he patiently looked at my package, identified areas where I could make savings, and ensured I was receiving all the discounts and entitlements available to me. As a result, he helped reduce my monthly costs and secured the best possible deal for my circumstances.
What particularly stood out was his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help. He was friendly, courteous, transparent, and made what could have been a complicated conversation feel straightforward and stress-free. I never felt pressured; instead, I felt informed and valued as a customer.

What exceptional service from Elvis at the Sky store in Croydon, I had an issue in signing my credit agreement and he called customer service for me and he got the problem resolved. It took around 2 hours but it was problem with my account and is sorted.
