I cannot praise Dr Gawthorpe highly enough for the excellent care I received when having a cyst removed from the back of my neck.

From start to finish, the experience was reassuring and professional. Dr Gawthorpe made me feel comfortable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and approached the procedure with great care, confidence and professionalism.

What really stood out was the kindness, reassurance and attention to detail throughout the whole experience. It made what could have been a worrying or uncomfortable procedure so much easier, and I felt I was in very safe hands.

It is wonderful to meet a doctor who combines such professionalism and skill with a genuinely caring and compassionate approach. I am extremely grateful to Dr Gawthorpe and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing treatment.
The staff were lovely and nurse Chloe also very caring and grateful for the after care I received.

Dr Torkan at SK:N in Haywards Heath is terrific! The Botox treatment she gave me is top notch and she did it so gently. I hate the thought of needles but was put at ease. I thought the price was on point, especially as a proper doctor treated me. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for aesthetic and skin treatments in the mid-Sussex area.

I had a appointment with Kate today in the Sk:n clinic in Liverpool; she told me best ways to manage my current skin condition to get the best outcome!! I am grateful for her advice and I will get back for my future appointments.

I’ve always had a great experience at SK:N Clinic Norwich and would highly recommend them. My most recent course of treatment was carried out by Kathrine, who was clear, professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout.

Kathrine was really flexible with my working hours, which made arranging appointments so much easier. She took the time to understand my skin and adapted the treatment perfectly to suit my needs, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

Mole removal.
SK:N Harley Street have been amazing I can not fault anything. This was my first time paying private as NHS will not touch you my whole life iv had these moles but only one was removed due to the random bleeding an GP an NHS dermatologist was like they are fine only May this year was a cause of concern Hence got in Touch with SK:N at Harley street London as was easy to get to from my location in Oxfordshire via train on both occasions. All the staff were lovely very chatty welcoming explaining everything an willing to listen.
On arrival was met by Amy absolutely lush run me through everything an listened to how I was treated by the NHS just being fobbed off. ( I respect the NHS but for this problem an the rise in skin cancer needs to be looked at more. Not just to be fobbed off or say your on a wait list a there is no such thing I’m talking like 20years ago I was on a wait list. Hence now iv paid privately.)
Amy said she be the one giving me my results.
Humera Dermatologist. Absolutely lovely doing the surgery an even tho I bled a lot she did reassure it be fine had a few stiches but you wouldn’t notice a week on.
Rewena (sorry if spelt name wrong) Was there to answer my call as thought I’d unstitched myself due to a bit of heavy bleeding my fault was hungry an ate the wrong food at this point ( eat soft soft foods min chewing don’t eat a chicken wrap (noted)
All can say if anyone is thinking of having moles removed or concerns I would recommend the girls at SK:N Harley Street.

£775 an that was all in even covered the follow up after op to have stiches out.

Nurse Victoria is very professional and friendly. Just after 1 treatment my skin is glowing! Can’t wait for the second treatment.

Absolute shocking service. The initial call and appointment was good. Then I was told that I needed an urgent appointment and they would send the referral to my doctors. 7 days later, nothing received so I called the HO number. they apologised and would chase Wolverhampton, 3 days later no call or referral, called HO again. This time they would email and request an urgent call back - 1 day later no call or referral. I called again and asked for complaints team - they gave me an email and said it would take 21 days for them to reply.
Moral of the story is that they are great at the sales price but shocking at the customer service and follow up.
You have to love the reply - the number is the same as I called and spoke to Gary - same discussions and guess what? All he can do is to ask the clinic to call me back!!!!! i am glad you took the time to reply and waste my time again.

Very lovely staff, I was seen by doctor Odeke about a cyst removal and he was very kind and informative. Made me feel very comfortable.

And for my skin I was seen by Georga, she was very sweet and also very calming. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point during the consultation and she made my options very clear.

Amelie at the Harley street clinic was just amazing, made me feel fabulous. I was listened and attended and I’m very grateful. Thank you for the care and attendance 🙏

Pico Laser treatment for Sunday spots and hyper pigmentation. Found them via Google based on recommendations and I haven't been disappointed!!! After one treatment the difference has been astonishing for me. I'm incredibly happy with the results so far. The treatment is planned for 3 sessions. Only thing I need to keep on top of is sunscreen daily. If anyone has skin issues that affects them daily, I highly recommend this particular clinic, even just for a diagnosis of their condition and possible treatments.

Victoria is a fantastic nurse. I am currently having a course of skin peels for my acne. Victoria takes care to ensure it is a calm, easy, reassuring process. She has an expert knowledge of acne and adapts each treatment to ensure I get the best out of it.
