Trustworthy Company

I have used skinstation for years, they are very professional and I get a phone consultation for prescription products, (super friendly and not an interrogation! lots of advice and tips) I use some of the Obagi products, I have used them for around 15 years, also from other aesthetics practitioners in the past, they are NOT fake, as some other commenters have said. I know the products, the smell, the effects & consistency like the back of my hand and have never received a fake product (not saying bad batches are impossible) but I have never personally had this issue. I will contine buying from skinstation as they are a convenient option rather than having to pick my products up from a clinic and customer service is top notch. Fast delivery.

haven’t received my parcel

haven’t received my parcel . I’ve been waiting for two weeks, but it still hasn’t arrived. I don’t know what has happened to it.

Thank you for your patience, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I can see that DPD attempted delivery on the 1st and again on the 2nd. A request was then made for the parcel to be left with a neighbour, however this was also unsuccessful.

As a result of these attempts, the parcel was returned to us on the 8th after three unsuccessful delivery attempts.

As soon as we receive this back, our Customer Care team will be in touch to confirm whether you would prefer for the order to be re-sent or for a full refund to be processed.

Please let us know if you’d like us to prioritise either option in the meantime.

Order not received

Ordered on 29th March for 2-3 day delivery and yet to receive my items or a response from client services. Emailed on 1st April and today but haven't had any response, no tracking received so cannot even monitor where my parcel is. Really disappointing service.

I can see that our Customer Care team has now responded to you. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected delay with a shipment from ThoClor, which impacted your order. I’m pleased to confirm that this stock has now arrived with us.

Our team will be in touch with you today to confirm whether you would like your order to be dispatched now. As a gesture of goodwill and an apology for the inconvenience caused, we will also be refunding 15% of your order.

We’ve identified that the postcode entered at checkout was incorrect, which meant the parcel wasn’t able to reach the intended delivery address.

It hasn’t turned up and it’s been 12…

It hasn’t turned up and it’s been 12 days since I ordered it. It appears to be lost in the post. I have requested a refund but as yet I’ve not heard back from them.

I can see that you have been in touch with our Customer Care team, who have raised an investigation with DPD to understand why a delivery attempt was recorded on 23rd March but not carried out.

I can confirm that the original parcel has now been returned to us this morning. Our team will be re-dispatching your order today via Royal Mail to ensure a smoother delivery.

Due to the recent bank holiday period, your order should be with you early next week.

Always an amazing service

I have been ordering skincare products from skinstation for years now and I can confidently say they are a fabulous company. Delivery is always fast and their service is very friendly. I even won their relaunch prize draw in December and they refunded one of my orders in full which was close to £100 and even sent additional products that I didn't pay for, absolutely unexpectedly. Always a pleasure to shop at!
