I started having botox and dermal fillers 6 years ago when i was 45. Dr Patel is a very knowledgable skin doctor and has advised me over these years. I have always been delighted with the results.
Dr Patel has always thoroughly explained to me how I should have my fillers for optimum results and this has kept my skin looking rejuvenated. When I have asked for fillers and not needed them Dr Patel has always advised me to hold off. I have really appreciated this.
Over the years I have actually needed less botox as the ageing process has been delayed due to the prevention of fine lines appearing so in fact it thIs has been very cost affective.
I have been genuinely pleased with the results everytime! I have great trust and confidence in Dr Patel . Thankyou!

I have used Dr Nishel Patel for skincare consultations and his recommendations of products have been excellent.
Recently I had botox done by him for my jaw clenching problem, and I cannot stress how it has been the best experience ever!!!
Not only has the jaw muscles relaxed and the clenching stopped, it has toned and smmothed up the skin on my cheeks and jaw area, literally look glowing.
In addition to the jaw botox, I tried the botox on my forehead and around my eyes!! The best decision I made, Dr Patel was extremely professional, safe and gentle whilst administering the botox and his medical background made me feel at ease
