They always do a great job. House was very clean and detailed. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
My house got flooded. Called them, the indian guy did what he thinks needed to be done. i asked is the job complete , said yes. After 3 days my house is still wet , lot of moisture, carpet was not dried properly. HAVE TO PAY AGAIN TO GET IT PROPERLY DONE.

Worst company to deal with! I called to cancel after seeing the reviews. And they were pressuring me so much to reschedule and wouldn’t let me cancel! I called 3 days before to cancel. Worst company

They didn't go the job properly. They were paid and after they left I saw the carpet has wrinkles. They were paid $250 for it but they refused to answer any calls and return to fix the problem

I got scammed by these people. DO NOT USE THEM! Not only did THEY NOT CLEAN my lounge, my floor was soaked from their inexperience and stupidity. They came with a machine i believe they hired from woolworths and charged me $165. It took me half an hour to mop up their mess when they left and my couches are the same. I called for someone to come and re do my couches and they said it would cost another call out fee of $120. They also advised me that my lounge that is 2 years old was to blame for being so dirty! How are these people allowed to run businesses. I want to shut them down. They rip people off and false advsertise. Im taking this further. scammes ruined my day and my bank account.

I also got scammed by this company using a different trading name Clean and fit specialists. Website was called Mastercleaners.com.au Charged me $286 for 7 seats and didn’t clean the back of them and now that it is dried there are lines on the couch where it’s still dirty. Contacted the company and eventually they replied and said the couch was very dirty we did our best but you were happy when the bloke left. It looked fine when it was wet. The bloke was 2 hours late and only there for 50 minutes. You can’t trust anyone these days. Sometimes you are better off paying more for a reputable company. These companies ruin things for the people that do the right things. When I first rang to complain they just answered the phone with hello I knew then that my money was lost. Stay away from them

This business is a fraud. They have failed to return my deposit of $250 for curtain cleaning in Canberra. A total failure to honour their promises. Do not use them. They lied and blamed their Gig worker. They emailed me that my deposit would be returned. Nothing has eventuated. They have no physical presence in Canberra.

scammers also known as diana maintenance and ses cleaning and a few other names possum removal came dropped off cage paid 550 upfront and never returned. no bait left in a now known faulty cage. don't let my loss be yours. reported to accc

We booked a couch upholstery clean through SK Couch Cleaning. The booking was managed by BLUE Cleaning Maintenance and PestControl. Another company again was the one that conducted the service on the day (Top Solution
Services).

Upon having the couch steam cleaned:
● The service of the job was poor - our floors were covered in water and chemicals after Top Solution Services was done, some of which they mopped up, most of which they did not (we
discovered large pools of water and chemicals underneath the couch, a few hours after they left, which we had to wipe up with several large towels). The only instruction we were given was to
wait 3 days before sitting. Regardless, we have left the room very well-ventilated, and in as much light as possible, to assist with drying. Not happy with the result of the service.

● The quality of the job was poor -
○ The couch was streaky with stains that were not there prior to the cleaning. We were not happy with the result of the cleaning.
○ The couches now have a heavy damp/mould smell that has not disappeared after 2 weeks, and we can no longer use them and are unable to sit in our living room or on our couches because the smell is so strong.

All three companies refused to take any responsibility, provide any compensation or took any care or pride in their work.

They missed an entire room, left it full of animal fur for an end of lease clean. Same guy did the clean and the flea treatment, had to pay on the spot to two different companies. It took days to get hold of anyone to speak to, various mobile numbers got me nowhere, I was then fobbed off with a generic email and no responsibility accepted. Meanwhile I had to pay for another clean so I could get my bond back. Don't use them, there is no recall if something isn't right, which it wasn't. No correct website, contacts, just not legitimate. There are plenty of other carpet cleaners to choose, don't choose these guys.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!

- My wife rang the company: Called Supreme cleaners.
- She was quoted $140 for 2 rugs.
- He turned up, attempted to do the job, then told her it was now going to be $140 per rug and he wouldn't leave until he got paid.
- SEE IMAGES FOR TOTAL DESTRUCTION - We had 2 small blueberry stains. The stain was removed, yet replaced with the entire rug with dirty looking stains. RUNIED our $2000 RUG.
- He left an invoice which was from another company called: Pioneer maintenance services (ABN is only 1 year old)
- My bank charge came through and was from the company SK Cleaning services.

I have followed up "pioneer maintenance services" every day the last week and the "rep" who I belive is the same person answering, using different names each time, says he is escalating to his customer complaints team and they will call me back. Safe to say, no call back has been made.

disgraceful company disgusting customer service. we were told they could clean our rug, & they completely ruined it. After 8 weeks of Ashley telling my husband “someone will call us back” we had enough and decided to push for our money back. Well when I finally got through over the phone they muted me & called me a liar because I didn’t have the invoice number even though we have proof of payment through our bank transactions & also cameras at the front of our house which shows the contractor cleaning our rug & you can hear clear as day the worker saying he can clean it. The guy over the phone said to me “it’s not my fault you are careless and lost the invoice number”. both the company and contractor should be ashamed. I hope you see this and come to realise how absolutely carless you are. You & your company did not do our service with care or skill and according to the Australian consumer law we are entitled to a remedy!!! I can’t believe this company is still up and running with the amount of bad reviews. They are absolute scams and I wonder how they sleep at night. THEY NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN.

Warning scam artists. Wish I had read reviews before booking them to clean my carpet after the flood. Basically paid for 5 days to have the machine dry my carpet $100 per day I did say to the so called expert that I didn’t think we’d need it for that long however was insistent. Anyho I was right used it for only 2 days and have been chasing refund of $300 since Feb. such a dodgy customer service every dat I’d call only to be told someone would get back to me no one did well today someone finally called me to advise no refund due as I had agreed to 5 days and had paid for that agreement. Don’t get too far with complaining. I’m going to put in a complaint it’s now a matter of principle.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I booked a steam clean with Carpet Clean Experts for a carpet clean in Perth. The operator handed me a SK Cleaning invoice and hassled me to pay EFT (obviously because if I paid by credit card I could get my money refunded). They didn't steam clean the rug and just used cold water which actually brought out more stains and now the rug stinks. I can't have it in the house. They wont return my calls. I'm complaining to the ACCC. They should be shut down.

I had a very expensive fabric couch cleaned by Mark Maintenance Services (subcontractor of SK Cleaning Services) and it has been left with blue stains on many areas. I have repeatedly contacted both Sk Cleaning and Mark Maintenance via email, text, supplied them with photos and phoned but they have never returned a call or responded to any type of communication. When I do speak with them they promise to get back to me but never do. Such a disgrace - they should not be able to continue in business. I guess my only last resort is to take this to the Small Claims court.

Excellent cleaning company, so prompt and affordable. Always super professional and easy to deal with. Recommend them to all of my clients.

Fantastic customer service and great attention to detail. Really appreciated the friendly nature of all the team at SK Cleaning. We had some very tough stains on our carpet they used a specific solution and now the carpet looks like brand new! Highly recommend their service!!

This is a very doggy operation. They are thieves and should be shutdown.

I paid by credit card and thry charged me $660.00.....

I got my carpets cleaned today 10/3/20 through Sparkling Cleaning Services. I live in WA. SK Cleaning Services is what it says on my bank statement. And searches regarding both names bring up the same problems in reviews. Appears to be the same company but with different names in different places, also utilizing sub-contractors and using misleading quoting.

The job was fine, the reason they get 2 stars, however be prepared that the quote they give you on the phone is an “estimate,” even if they don’t say so. Because of that when you invoice is more than you expect it is because extra care was taken because of the condition of the carpets, or that they add the gst after the fact. None of this is the fault of the person that did the work but the business itself how have it organised this way. As a customer you feel swindled. The gay should be included in any quote. And if extra care is to be needed then that should be stated before work is done or before that extra care is taken. They also apparently didn’t include the rug I asked for in the initial quote on the phone. If using them or “marks maintenance services” (which is what the invoice actually says) then get your quotes upfront and stick to them. You can’t just add gst after quoting. Stick to your guns and they’ll charge what you were quoted. But very shoddy. Shan’t use again.
