Disorganizzati e millantatori. Nessuna attenzione per il cliente
Ordinato su sito. Dopo 10 giorni non avendo notizie li ricontatto e mi dicono che l'articolo non è disponibile. Me ne propongono uno simile. Accetto chiedendo che venga spedito subito. Non ricevendo notizie li ricontatto due giorni dopo la presunta data di spedizione e mi dicono che l'articolo non è disponibile. Disorganizzati e millantatori. Sto ancora aspettando il rimborso di quanto anticipatamente pagato. Assolutamente sconsigliati!

I won't recommend anyone buy new skates from them! of course, if you don't mind to pay full price to get a pair of second hand...
I ordered a brand new pair of Jackson skate from them. I received within 10 days but was shocked when I opened the skate box. What I received is a pair of second-hand skate as marks and scratches all around, shoelaces are dirty!!! I thought Skate@sea made a mistake on my order so I called them but they insisted that is new. They offered a pair of new shoelaces for me. How ridicilous it is! I then realised why there was only size 9 available on their website. All the other sizes are out of stock. They only agree to refund me if I pay for the post fee to send the 2nd hand pair back to them.What a shocking awful shopping experience!!

Not information, but end was good tm
One week not information about the status. Then i called you: the order was first not found, than yes all in stock and you will ship next day. Next day you send a e-mail: sorry, not enough wheels on stock (only 2 of 6 ordert)...
The reduce of my order and send return the differen payment was verry easy.
