Very nice and friendly. It’s not easy to bring a CalKing bed upstairs but the delivery guys made me feel like they were happy to be delivering my new bed and taking away my old one

Alain, my sales person, was very kind and patient and allowed me to take my time and carefully answered all my questions. I believe he did the best he could and offering me promotions and discounts to help keep purchase close to my budget. I did have some issues after the purchase which did cause me to think about canceling my order. However, the sit and sleep customer service team did their very best to make things right and make me feel better about my decision to be a sit and sleep customer.

Your sales rep was very helpful and had patience with my questions. Prices were out my range but it’s something I really needed for my back. It was aching. I felt relief when I tried your mattress.

Ryan and Daniel were very helpful without any hard sell as I had experienced in other mattress stores. The delivery people were careful as they carried the queen size mattress past all my potted plants on my front deck as well!

The delivery crew were really helpful and mindful enough to move anything that was in the way so they don't damage anything. They were also priced and got the job done in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied.

From start to finish my experience with Sit and Sleep in Moreno Valley was excellent. It took me a little while to get my mattress due to holiday season sales but, now I have it and I am so pleased!!!!!

Delivery guys gave me advance notice of arrival time. All 3 men were polite, efficient and took care of all set up. We received instructions for usage. Great experience!

Francisco and Juan were very efficient. Also they gave us very clear instructions on how to adjust and care for our new bed.

Delivery ETA was on point, Mario and his partner worked quickly and set up my mattress in no time. They were super kind and polite the entire time as well.

Very professional, An email the night before to inform me of the delivery window, and then a phone call 30 minutes before the delivery the next was awesome. I happened to be finishing up building our new bed frame and was about 10 minutes behind. On of the guys was gracious to help me finish. He and his other 2 team members built the bed on the new frame in just a few minutes. 20 minutes. Very professional.
