Established in 1998, Site King started life as an idea by two brothers. At the time they were selling safety boots and workwear at a single stall at the local market. My personal experience of SiteKing
I've been using siteking for work clothes for a few years now. I always received top quality work clothes for a fraction of the price of the many sites that sell over priced branded products that fall apart once they look at dirt and dust..
This morning I emailed to change an order which I made on the weekend, to change the size, I had a promt email to say that it wouldn't be a problem.
You don't get that often...

Get what you pay for
I brought a pair of patrol boots, understandably they were not expensive as I have not had patrol boots for a very long time so I wanted to make sure the fit was ok etc. any way I have had them just over 4 months and I’m unable to wear them as the soles are worn and cracked! Even primark shoes last longer than 4 months with every day wear and I don’t wear the patrol boots any where near every day. Then when you try and speak to someone all you get it too bad out side the 90 day refund. Even though the product is defective? Ok then!

I bought two pairs of steel toecap boots. Fantastic quality and an incredible bargain. Site King orders arrive lightning fast and dealing with their after sales is very smooth and easy. I've been looking for a comfortable pair of trousers for years , I came across site king so I ordered 2 pairs for £14 very cheap and they are the most comfortable trousers I've ever had good quality very light and strong and a perfect fit thanks.

Very quick and efficient
Very quick and efficient, item was dispatched the same day and had it not been for postal strike it would have arrived sooner although it didn’t take that long even with the strike! Also well priced and has some good bargains!

Knee pads
I recently bought some trousers and knee pads. When I inserted the pads into the knee pad pockets there didn't seem to be anything to keep the pads in as the pockets were wider than the pads. I emailed Site King to complain and they replied immediately offering to take the trousers back if I was unhappy. I explained that I wanted to keep them as they are good quality but I suggested that they should get the problem sorted out to avoid future complaints. I then received another email to let me know that they had investigated the problem further and informed me that there is a flap inside the pocket to keep the pads in. Totally my fault for not checking properly. I would just like to say thank you to the staff at Site King. It is unusual these days to have such a personal and rapid response. The quality of the work wear I have purchased from Site King has always been top quality and now I know that the after sales customer services is also top notch.
