My order took 6 weeks to be delivered. Then wrong blouse and wrong sized shoes !
The offer I was given was to keep them , but it would cost me to re order correct size footwear . The blouse I originally ordered was out of stock!

We understand there has been confusion, as that business presents itself as UK-based, however customers have reported that it operates as a warehouse-based operation outside the UK rather than a London boutique, as implied on their website.

I was a little wary of ordering from…

I was a little wary of ordering from Sister after reading the negative reviews but I read the terms and conditions first and knew it was at my cost to return if not suitable. Yes it did did cost £10.95 for special delivery but this did include insurance to cover the value (£259). I returned and was refunded within a day or two.
Overall the experience was excellent.

Returns not accepted

I ordered a skirt online, tried it on for five minutes in my bedroom and returned it promptly unworn. Sister have refused to refund it claiming skirt not returned in condition they dispatched, claiming a food odour. Do not order from this company! You will not get refunded!

Dear Mary,

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience shopping with us, however we would like to clarify a few points from our side.

Your order for the skirt was received on December 20th and returned to us on December 29th. The item left our store in perfect, unworn condition. Upon return, the skirt had a substantial amount of sequins missing from the back, a heavily bent and damaged garment tag, and a very strong food odour which was noted by multiple staff members and a customer present at the time the return was opened.

Additionally, the skirt was originally dispatched carefully packaged in a box but was returned scrunched into a postal bag and heavily taped.

As soon as we received and inspected the return, we contacted you with photographs of the damage and explained that, due to the condition differing from how the item left our store, we were unable to accept it for a refund and it would therefore need to be returned to you.

Following several emails back and forth, despite the fact that the skirt was unsuitable for re-sell, we offered a goodwill credit note to use against a future purchase from our website. This offer was declined and you instead requested that the skirt be returned to you.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, return postage costs in circumstances such as this are the responsibility of the customer. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we covered the return postage cost ourselves despite the damage not occurring on our side.

We would also like to clarify that we absolutely do accept returns, provided items are returned unworn and in the same condition in which they were dispatched.

I’m really sorry that you’ve had such a difficult experience, and I genuinely hope you’re able to get this resolved with your bank or payment provider, as they may be able to help you further if something has gone wrong with your order.
That said, I do need to be very clear again that this issue does not relate to our business in any way.
We are not the owner of Forever Unique. We are a very small independent business, and we only stocked a small part of their range many years ago. We had no involvement in their orders, customer service, or refund handling.
We have no record of any order placed relating to this matter.
It is really upsetting for us as a small business to receive reviews connected to something we had no part in, especially when we do care deeply about every customer we serve and work hard to provide a good experience.
Because this issue is not linked to our business, I would kindly and respectfully, please ask again that the review is removed from our page and directed to the correct company.

Gem of a shop

Be careful when buying from Sister Online.co.uk I bought this scarf.

When I received it there was a mistake on the scarf and I wrote to them, they replied that the scarf is shown with mistakes on their picture, and I can see that now when I look closely. See the left side of the picture, missing orange. Orange is missing at both ends of the scarf. The store has refunded the shipping. I didn't expect a shop like SisterOnline.co.uk to sell faulty items, and certainly not that they haven't mentioned on the site that the scarf is faulty, so only 1 star from me.

Please note that the scarf was not faulty. The detail you are referring to relates to where the contrasting thread finishes at the end of the scarf. This was clearly visible in the images provided before purchase and is consistent with all units in this style. We sold all 28 pieces successfully with no prior issues or complaints regarding this design feature.

As soon as you contacted us, we responded the same day and apologised that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. Although the item was not faulty and matched the images shown, we still offered to cover both the original and return postage costs as a gesture of goodwill and to maintain good customer relations.

It is disappointing to receive a 1-star review despite the level of customer service and communication provided throughout.
