Great Experience
Sistar Mortage made the whole process easy. Document upload, review, and signing processes ran smoothly through their website and online portal. Our Loan Office was helpful answering all our questions and best of all was very responsive on a quick close situation with tight deadlines. Helpful, communicative, highly recommend!
Our experience with Sistar Mortgage, especially as first time home buyers, was excellent. There were some issues with the seller’s side which caused hold ups, and Sistar was helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. We closed on time, and everything felt smooth, even in spite of the difficulties on the seller’s side. Will recommend to anybody I know in need of a mortgage!

Sistar never responded on time
Sistar never responded on time.
It took them over six months to get back to me. They reached out to my insurance without checking with me. I ended up going to another company for my refinance.

Sistar mortgage is the worst
I was hassled unnecessarily in the verification documents. Further, I was promised I would get a $1500 credit by the agent. He did not keep his promise at the end. The rate of interest as well was never revised although it did go down for a while.

We enjoyed working with Sistar Mortgage. Ryan and staff were great to work with and kept us informed of deadlines. They all were wonderful to work with good communication and follow through. Ryan always returned our calls promptly and courteously no matter the time or day. They also were prompt to answer all our questions or concerns. We look forward to doing business with Ryan and staff in the future should we ever be in the market again for a home to purchase or sell.
