I've always had a great experience with SIS. They are a very reliable company and the research they do is quite interesting. The staff is also professional and courteous and I have always been paid promptly for the focus groups I've done. I highly recommend them.

I was able to do my focus group comfortably with out any issues. I was able to contact someone if I needed them.

My experience with SIS Internation on December 18, 2024 was quite expectional. I almost showed up late but I was able to get there on time due to the swift action of my moderator who was able to extend the time frame for me & I checked in on time with the receptionist who told me to present my ID & the session that I am attending today. I was told to have a seat in one of the rooms that had water & snacks which I glady consumed so I can become more energetic. The moderator & one of the receptionist called us out by name & told us to walk to a bigger meeting room which had more comfortable chairs. The Mod was professional & stayed engaged with us when she looked at us to answer her questions regarding the unique ideas that were being presented. The group that I was in was funny & very interesting people as well. Overall the experience was great, SIS International gave us our incentive at the end of that session too. Highly recommended company!

The staff made me feel very welcomed and made the process very easy for me. It was my first time completing a research study and they made sure I was a great experience for me. I also received payment right away which was super helpful!

My experience at SIS International Research has definitely been a truly wonderful, amazing and successful one! The staff greeted me when I arrived and everyone was very professional and courteous to me. They made me feel like family and offered me a light refreshment. I felt very comfortable and inspired to do my best once I walked in the office which is super cozy and clean. Everyone is so respectful and the work they do is highly meaningful and goal oriented. I felt important being a part of their project and they encouraged me to express my opinions and ideas in a judgement-free environment. SIS International Research 100% promotes and upholds the spirit of teamwork in every sense. I would love to participate with them again in the future because of my successful, happy experience with them that is second to none!

The facility was quite nice...especially the bathroom! I enjoyed the study and found the moderator to be kind and professional. Best of all, they pay in the form of check!

The best research company experience I have had in a while, hands down! From the staff at the front desk to the moderator of the study I recently went to with SIS this year, I have never been treated with such professionalism, class and decorum from any other research place. I love how proactive you guys are in getting people interested booked for studies and communicating to schedule and the best fact of all - y'all pay mostly on the spot or in quick turnaround time if it's online. I have never had any complaints with getting paid from y'all.

What amazing experience, I’m hoping I get pick for more focus group with Sis..

Having the group being started promptly with consideration for everyone's time is a genuine plus. Having our incentives given out the same day was a wonderful conclusion to it!

Easy to access with clear instructions. Staff is friendly, professional and takes your time seriously.

Finding the building was very easy and the person in the front was very helpful with explaining the process as it was my first time doing a focus group. The environment was friendly and the instructions were clear. Would definitely do it again.
