On a day when few were working 2/1/2026 i called Sinclair and Rush slightly embarrassed as i only wanted to place a low value order. It all adds up said Fred ( not right said Fred ) and he delivered perfectly and was sending my goods the next working day.
Good customer service is rare to find but i was very impressed with this company, so much i had to do a review.

Bought black plastic box section and end caps, good quality & well manufactured. However they were sellotaped together and the residual glue is a pain to remove, I can't send out my manufactured product with sticky patches on it, please DO NOT use sellotape the package the products

I'm so happy to have found Sinclair & Rush 😁 I had bespoke shed built and was lacking a finishing touch ,I knew what it needed and due to my Google searches I found exactly what I wanted,plastic edging for the building, the hreat thing with Sinclair & Rush , they had the size 🙏 I spoke to someone about the adhesive etc and they were quick to respond and recommend a solution and emailed me the details. Great service,helpful and quick delivery, excellent product.

On time every time. If you have a query they get straight back to you as soon as they have an answer.

The customer service operator was very helpful and pushed the order through to get shipped the same day as we were on a tight deadline. She then phoned me the following day to check that I had received the product as she knew it was urgent. Great service!

Quick transaction and delivery of 1 package but unfortunately I never received the 2nd part and as DHL have failed to deliver. I have asked for the delivered package to be collected as it is of no use to me and a refund to my credit card which I am still waiting for. It has taken a few phone calls and time so really disappointed. I have given a 3 because the company customer care were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. All the pain due to a courier company failing its duty to do what it is paid to do.
