Great company fast service.
Only negative when I rang up to ask about 2 products I was interested in purchasing I asked a few questions about them the person I spoke to didn't know anything about the products other than the information I had already read on the website and I was told he would email over the information I requested but I never received a email.
I did order 1 of the products I was interested in the Longstar LP-FY212 2x 12" 8000W Sound System Pa DJ Bluetooth Speaker it's a fantastic speaker great sound good quality.
It will be great for our new years eve party this year.
I would order from this company again and recommend it.

Resolved courier problem quickly
It is when things go wrong that a company demonstrates just how good (or not) it is. My order from Simply Sound and Lighting didn't arrive so I contacted the courier who told me there was a problem and I needed to contact Simply Sound and Lighting. Once the agent had contacted the courier and discovered that the courier had damaged my order he arranged for a replacement item to be sent to me by another courier to arrive the following day. This was not a high value order but I felt that I had had high value service.

Excellent service and price
Item ordered from another supplier who took my payment, then confirmed it was out of stock. Then had to wait 5 days for a refund. No such trouble with Simply Sound and Lighting. Item ordered, and delivered promptly the next day.
