Incredible quality music stands - best I've ever had in my 50 years as a professional musician.
I was buying blind with the white music stands I purchased from you. The quality and workmanship are superb. It's a german designed and possibly engineered product. Both stands ooze quality and really enhance my set up a professional look I was going for. Thank you so much. I'll probably buy a pair of black ones too for my black set up.

Avoid buying something from this…
Avoid buying something from this company . I bought 2 times from them and everytime i received faulty items , very hard to deal with them . You pay for a new item they send a faulty one and after they want you to wait to repair ! Avoid them for no stress !

Observing the 32A distribution boxes…
Observing the 32A distribution boxes about SS&L offered me a nice deal on a singular 'PCE ST ANTON Distribution Box 32A 240V In, 3 x 16A 240V Out' ...still over three-monkeys using cockney rhyming slang. Which I required to protect my equipment from faults or returning a problem back too my generator. This is a serious fiscal outlay but quality over repeat purchases is my ethos so armed with a 'Residual Current Breaker with Over-Current' kit I feel settled. =GunZenBomZ=

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE for BAD EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS
I ordered an XMT1400 CD PLayer last April. I Used it for 2 weeks and had to return it has it scratching my CD's. I purchased an upgrade for £275.00 which didn't play that much better. 3 weeks ago the pitch control button fell off. Then last week the CD player collapsed whilst I was teaching a class. The company have taken no responsibilty for their product which is less than a year old. I NOW NEED TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE ELSEWHERE

Ovation guitar …
The 1st Ovation guitar was delivered by DHL and as i expected arrived with damage to the pre amp so when plugged in kept cutting out. I contacted the company and asked for DPD to deliver the replacement which Rufus sorted quickly. The replacement guitar works perfectly, sounds fantastic whether plugged in or played acoustically and is cosmetically beautiful.

The worse customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced....
If something appears as “available” on their website—it’s a L. I . E !!!
I had a venue launch scheduled for Thursday, 3rd April. To ensure everything would arrive on time, I specifically asked if the order could be delivered by 3rd april. I was assured multiple times—with repeated “yes, yes, yes”—that it would arrive on time.
I even offered to pay extra for next-day delivery, which they refused, saying they don't offer that service. I then placed the order, confirmed again about the delivery date, and was reassured. We contacted them three separate times before purchasing just to triple-check.
Then, on the day of the launch, nothing arrived.
Their excuse? The “supplier” had an issue with the order.
As a result, I had to hire moving heads last-minute for the event, which cost me an arm and a leg, plus additional labor to install and remove them. I now have to do the same again this weekend—out of my own pocket.
It's now been 11 working days ( 15days ) , and I still haven’t received my order. I haven't even been sent a tracking number.
I followed up again and received no response to two emails. Finally, I got a message from Devon saying:
“This has been sent directly from the supplier to yourself.
We are awaiting tracking to see where this currently is, as the suppliers have told us this has been shipped to you.”
So here we are.
Terrible service. Incompetent staff. Completely unacceptable. excuses excuses ....

Unfortunately, there were unforeseen delays on the supplier's end which affected the dispatch and delivery timeframe. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially with the timing around your event, and we sincerely regret the disruption it caused.
While we’re glad to see the goods did eventually reach you, we recognise that the service you received fell short of expectations, and for that, we apologise. We’ve taken steps internally and with our suppliers to help prevent this type of situation from happening again in the future.

Excellent service
There was an issue with a listing for the item that I ordered. It was just one of those issues that pop up from time to time, I contacted them and the issue was sorted with the minimum of fuss in a friendly and efficient manner.
I was so impressed that I sent an email to express my gratitude.
I don't know how prices compare versus other companies but the service would be hard to match
