Order of glass frames took a couple of weeks longer to obtain than expected, but company kept in good contact during that time. Good company.

everything worked great. was even able to talk to someone about insurance reimbursement. would definitely use again in the future.

I had long searched for a replacement pair of frames purchased years ago from my eye doctor. I found them on your site and was thrilled. I placed the order only to be crest fallen a few days later to hear that the manufacturer had discontinued them. One of your wonderful customer service reps kept in contact with me while she did an extensive search for something similar. She found a frame made by the same company that was almost identical to the ones I had wanted. I was so excited that ordered two of them! I am holding one pair for the next time my prescription changes. Thank you so much!

I would recommend Simply Eyeglasses. com to all who are looking for replacement temples or frames for older obsolete, glasses. They searched their sources to find temples for my older style frames that I really like. The price was reasonable and the temples were sent swiftly.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses from SimplyEyeglasses and everything went very well. I had questions and they were answered by making one quick phone call to a very helpful employee. I would and have recommended them every chance I get. The prescriptions were right on and the glasses were exactly what I wanted. The price was great also. I will buy from them again.

On their website, they claim to have a price matching guarantee, but when you mention other sites that sell the same frames for less, their staff is trained to fabricate reasons on the spot why those other sites aren't included in their price matching guarantee. I can't trust a company that uses dishonest tactics such as this, and neither should you.

UPDATE: In their reply to my oiriginal review (below) they cite their stated policy on price matching. I read that policy before I called them. The simple fact is, they do not honor that policy. Period. Full stop.

UPDATE 2 (Response to merchant's 2nd response): All any potential customer has to do is call you to find out that (a) your "cost" is always the price you have the item listed for, and (b) as I've said (and as your response illustrates) you don't price match.

The fact is, I would have bought the frames as well as future products from you without hesitation had you not had the price matching baloney posted on your website - that dishonest tactic is doing you more harm than good.

Finally, I didn't give my name when I called, so how did you know which part of your "price matching" policy didn't apply in my case? You're digging yourself deeper with each response.

I bought turquoise Gwen Stefani glasses in my 1st try at progressive lenses. I loved the frames, but not so much the lenses. After 1 month I just couldn't get use to the progressive. Simply Eye Glasses allowed me to return my glasses & swap them out for single vision and gave me a credit! They have wonderful customer service, great prices, easy to order & can-do attitude with options to solve returns/ exchanges! I highly recommend them! Thank you Tracy W & Stephanie B! Just got my Gx by Gwen Stefani glasses today! I was a little nervous about ordering glasses online because whenever I buy them local they always have a hard time making the lenses and usually end up sending them back to be redone. But no one around here sells the Gwen Stefani frames so I gave it a shot. I took them right out of the box and put them on and everything is perfect! Great customer service. Highly recommended :)

Really pricey. High customs taxes. Product with faults. Support service trying to convince me to repair them local instead of refunding or repairing them.

Prices are very good, quality is very good. I am very happy with the customer service. They are very nice and friendly. My insurance did not refund me for my glasses due to nonsense reasons. The customer service helped me get the documents needed to got my money back.

I have used Simply Eyeglasses several times and it is very easy to get your eyeglasses ordered. They have great communication and will respond to any questions by e-mail or even a phone call. It's quick and easy to navigate the website and the cost is very competitive to other sites. It usually takes about 2 weeks unless there is a problem and they will notify you if it will take longer. Give thema try, you won't be dissapointed

I've bought two pairs off frames from SimpleEyeglasses.com over a period of 4 yrs. They were the same style and very reasonably priced. I missed out on a new pair of the same frame this year as I waited too long to buy them on the website. However, I contacted SimplyEyeglasses Customer Service Dept. and explained I needed another pair of my favorite frames. They contacted the manufacturer for me to see if they were still in stock and I was able to Special Order the frames/color I wanted. The frames did cost a little more than what I would've paid if they'd been available on SimpleEyeglasses web-site, but that's because they came direct from the manufacturer. But I'm not complaining. Customer Service was extremely helpful and prompt. I've never had any difficulties whenever I've interacted with this company and will continue to do so in the future because of it. I'm an actual customer of SimpleEyeglasses and was not paid for this opinion. They're good at what they do.

Spoke with Tracy. She was very professional and helpful. She gave me a complete breakdown of costs with various options. She is very knowledgeable about the companies products. My glasses arrived on time and I am very pleased with them. I highly recommend Simply Eyeglasses.
