The best around
I have ordered from this company for around 3-4 years now and wouldn’t use anybody else. They offer fantastic discounts if you sign up to their email list, they’ve got a really good loyalty scheme and the one time I’ve had a minor issue they resolved instantly! Great company - keep doing what you’re doing!

No tracking
I have no form of tracking and it has not arrived yet I ordered it on the 24th November and it is now the 1st of December and Royal mail has even said they don't have it either

Hi Patrick, we can confirm that you placed an online order with us on Tuesday 20th September at 6:05 pm and this was then sent on Wednesday 21st September via Royal Mail’s first class signed for service. We have full tracking information of this, which states that a delivery attempt was made on Thursday 22 September at 11:05 and as there was no answer, your parcel was then taken back to your local sorting office at 17:49 stating that it was then Available for Redelivery or Collection. Then on Saturday 24 September at 09:01 it states that your parcel was Collected from Your Customer Service Point. Meaning that someone with your identification has collected this parcel from your local sorting office. You then contacted us regarding the parcel at 17:59 on Monday, 26th September and we responded with your Royal Mail tracking number at 9:13 on Tuesday 27th September. Today you have contacted us saying that the person who collected this parcel was not you, so we then responded with an email today on two separate occasions asking you to confirm your address so we could look into this further for you which you have not responded to. We would strongly suggest that you contact your local sorting office to find out how your parcel was collected with your Identification if this was not you and we would be more than happy to help you look into this.
