First off, my case arriving in the mail extremely quickly. it came packaged extremely well and in a soft drawstring bag for extra protection. The case itself is made of high quality materials. i can tell just by holding it that the carbon fibre case is extremely durable and fits my phone perfectly. i would genuinely recommend this case for your phone because it looks really good and is well priced.

Very bad customer service and support. Ordered on 31 Oct and there was no shipment updates at all. When I finally contacted them 3 weeks later, was told rather rudely that it's going to be delayed due to Covid restrictions. But they failed to address why there's been no shipment updates. My subsequent emails to them went unanswered. I used to always purchase from them since the last 3 years and even during the peak of the pandemic, their customer service wasn't this bad. Will definitely reconsider purchasing from them again. All I wanted was shipment updates, but what I got was horrible response from them.

In 2022 I had a bad experience but the co founders reached out and made it right. I love SCFs products, I have bought several different items from them and it is all amazing. Definitely recommend buying. I have had my SCF wallet for the past few years and its still my fav.

The quality of the product is great don’t get me wrong, but I accidentally got the wrong size for my phone case and the horrible refund policy is just ridiculous. You mean to tell me I have to ship the product wait 2-3 days, then wait another 10 business days for you guys to review the product??? And not only that wait for my new case to ship another 3-4 days at the minimum. At this point I could make enough money from my job to buy the case 20x again instead of waiting damn near a month to get one back. So warning you guys if you get the wrong product on accident consider yourself in a damn mess.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses. Saw where it said hassle free returns. Got the sunglasses and the temple is barely 1mm so its like a knife on your skin. Was back in the box within 10 seconds. Sent them a chat to initiate a return and thats when their bs started. Cant do this, can't do that, basically won't do anything. Dont even think about buying from these people.

False claim of "hassle free return". No return policy whatsoever. Only store credit. These products you can find without branding on aliexpress for over 90% off. They resell/buy these 'made in china' products and slap their "brand" or logo on it and upsell it over 200%. Beautiful business model, i'll admit, but relentless return policy and inferior products. Buy beware.

I love this company. I own a couple wallets, a watch and a few phone cases from them. The build quality is amazing and so is the customer service. Waiting for them to release the case for my new phone.

I have bought 2 cases so far, one Samsung Galaxy 8 carbon fiber CLASSIC series and one iPhone 13 Pro forged carbon fiber ARMOR series.

After a couple of years, the Samsung case has only a couple of scratches that are barely noticeable, and it has protected my cellphone 100%. I like the design, is very thin, and has a good grip.

My new case for the iPhone 13 is awesome, I like this design better than the carbon fiber CLASSIC series. It feels very strong, the grip is excellent, and I really like the design.

Overall, I would definitively recommend these products.
