Just received my 20in x 40in print from Simlab and couldnt be more impressed, This is an absolute gem of a company, Speedy turnaround, well packed print, colours and contrast which match my sent digital image exactly really really impressed. Will definitely be using Simlab for future work. As a semi pro photographer you need a good printing lab, I recon I have found the one. Many thanks to Simlab and staff.

Placed order Wednesday mid afternoon. Rang on Thursday pm to make sure that bit would be done that day. Customer relations person promised that it would be printed and sent that day. Did not receive confirmation of order completed by 4pm so rang again and told it would definitely be completed that day and I would be informed of tracking number on Friday morning. No tracking numbers rang again and was told it had not been printed as promised on two occasions
I have used your service many times but this time I feel I have been messed about. Still waiting for refund

The packaging is stunning and the items themselves are gorgeous. The team operates with great professionalism. The prices are fair, and the delivery was exceptionally quick.

I've used Simlab a couple of times now while trying to finding a printer for my drone images and I have to say I can’t fault them. The choice of papers is great and the quality is really good.

Also, the turnaround is lightening quick as they send out next working day if ordered before 1pm. Really happy.

Le matériel est de très bonne qualité et tout est impeccable, ce que je reproche en mettant 3 étoiles c’est de 1 le prix des châssis qui est exorbitant et de 2 la livraison qui prend un temps fou à arriver .
J’ai commander il y’a une semaine un châssis avec siège soit début décembre environ et on m’a annoncé que je ne le recevrai pas le siège avant mi janvier la blague ! De plus sur la commande il y’a aussi les frais de port qui peuvent largement dépasser les 100 euros si vous êtes comme moi en France .

Pour le fin mot de l’histoire je recommande mais attention à avoir de la patience et de l’argent !

I’ve used SIM LAB on and off over the years, and was originally introduced to them through my sister, a wedding photographer who uses them regularly.
I’ve placed two recent orders for fine art prints and the results were exceptional with beautifully produced result, something I feel genuinely proud to present to my clients.

Good prints reasonably priced.
Postage is almost £6.00 for next day delivery however you don’t get a refund when they fail to delivery the next day as stated. Rather you get told you should have ordered sooner!

Placed my first order with Simlab. Prints arrived quickly, but were damaged in transit. Not Simlab's fault - they were in a very tough tube - but somehow the courier managed to dent the end in, which damaged the prints. Full marks to Simlab, I emailed them, they responded within 15 minutes, and they're shipping me replacement prints on next day delivery. Print quality, by the way, is really nice. Will use again!

Cannot recommend Sim Labs enough. Extremely quick delivery (less than 24hrs after making my purchase). Had a minor issue with one of my prints. This was dealt with within moments of my email being sent. Another one was sent to me 12hrs later. I cannot recommend this print service enough. High quality prints, fast delivery and lovely staff. I will definitely be using their services again.

Top quality prints, reasonable priced and the customer service is excellent. Usually next day delivery as well. If anything goes wrong they’re quick to put it right. I highly recommend.

I’d never used (or even heard of) Simlab 2 weeks ago, but ordered some large prints last Friday at 1.30pm and received them a bit less than 24 hours later. Excellent service, great quality and very reasonable prices.

Takes a lot to impress me these days, however, the Team at Simlab have delivered an amazing service that exceeds even the highest of expectations. I ordered some large (16×12) images on photographic paper. The original image was not great and as such I anticipated receiving images of a "so-so" quality. How wrong I was! The images I got back were amazing, both in detail and resolution. The fact that the original image had been enlarged made no difference. Indeed, the returned pictures were of a quality significantly higher than the original. Combined with this quality was the overall experience with Simlab. The website could not have been any easier to use and contained lots of tips to ensure that the quality of upload was a good as possible. I placed my order late in the afternoon of 23/12, I have the images in my hand less than 24 hours later on Christmas Eve. I did some research prior to closing Simlab and that effort paid off! The cost was very competitive and, as stated, the service was out of this world. Thanks all at Simlab.

We wanted to order some copies of photographs to give as gifts at Xmas. After doing some research I came by a few photographers who said they used Simlab. I have never heard of them. But from reading reviews from people who know what they’re on about, I thought I would give them a go.

Sent an enquiry about something, got a very quick reply and so we ordered what we wanted. 20/30 Lustre photos of various sizes. Very easy to edit photos and know exactly what you were going to get. Great price, and the delivery was ridiculously good. We ordered around lunchtime and the photos were delivered with DPD the next day. Amazing!

The photos themselves are of great quality and so glad we went for Lustre.

Excellent quality photos - come out sharp and just as they appear on computer screen unlike some cheaper more popular photo sites. Also incredibly quick turnaround - I received my package of 50+ photos in different sizes less than 24 hours after I submitted the order! Will use again and recommend to friends.

Ordered three A2 prints on the Thursday and they arrived the next day in a strong tube, unlike some of the flimsy packaging from other online printers. The print quality is excellent and as good as I could have wanted, very pleased indeed after trying a couple of other well known online companies whose prints are lacking in comparison. Well done Simlab and thank you for an excellent service.

I had digital art prints from Etsy I needed printed and was a complete novice with where to go to print them. After reading the great reviews for Simlab, I contacted the customer service team and the whole process was made so easy for me with their help and friendly attitude. I mostly spoke with Amily who was great in responding to any questions I had. I had 4 various sizes of prints and I went with the fine art giclée printing with German Etching for texture. I’ve received them today and the packaging was fantastic and the prints have exceeded my expectations! I’ll definitely be back to shop here again for any future printing needs.

These are beautiful, and very nicely packaged. Very professional team. Reasonable pricing too, and delivery was really fast.
