I would like to make a formal complaint about the way I was treated during a delivery to your premises.

When I arrived to deliver goods for export to Europe.a member of your staff shouted at me from a distance, telling me that I needed to wear safety boots. If safety boots are required in that area, I understand and respect the health and safety rules. However, there was no need to shout at me. He could have approached me calmly and explained the requirement in a professional and respectful manner.

At the time, I also noticed that he was with two women in the shed next to the office.
Most importantly, I felt that the way he spoke to me was disrespectful and humiliating. His behaviour made me feel as though I was being treated differently because of my background. While I cannot know his intentions, the manner in which he shouted at me left me feeling that I was being discriminated against.

I ask that you investigate this incident and remind your staff that health and safety rules should be enforced respectfully and professionally. All visitors and delivery drivers should be treated with courtesy and dignity.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my complaint. I look forward to your response. The shouted person's name is called Neel. We do exports of goods to Europe. We are thinking of finding another courier service for exporting our goods.

Awful customer service, mistake after mistake and it will cost your business! Avoid them as they wont take any accountablity, but their account department will chase for the money before they even do the job!

Fantastic service provided - very prompt delivery of a rather expensive piece of furniture from Germany, no damage and smooth experience filling out the paperwork and paying customs duty.

Good communication, fast delivery, however specified afternoon delivery and was dropped off early AM, luckily I was in.
Otherwise all good. Would use again.

Bad and arrogant service. They make no effort to work with getting your goods delivered. I paid it have tiles delivered to my driveway. They came with huge truck which could not make it down my driveway. They asked for me to make additional payments to have it delivered in 2 trucks which I did and now I've been told, tiles will be delivered to the busy road and I need to figure out how I get it to driveway and plus, my additional payment will not be refunded as I'm not being charged. This company is a scam and should not be avoided at all costs.

Avoid if you want any customs clearance services! Nothing but mistakes and delays in handling

They were helping us with customs clearance and while they asked us to fill in all the forms, they kept on getting the invoices incorrect for many-many times and just delayed our goods due to that for 2 whole weeks. They never apologised or even waived their fees.
