I booked a boiler service. After the service the pressure kept falling. I contacted Silver Saints again and they sent the engineer out to rectify the issue free of charge.

Excellent service and Pawel was efficient, competent and pleasant. Highly recommend both the company for its easily bookable service, and the quality of Pawel’s work.

This company is amazing. One regularly here's stories from friends and acquaintances being ripped off by unscrupulous unskilled workers pretending to be tradesmen , well this company is the opposite. From the booking process to the billing it exudes professionalism. You are made aware of what is expected of you and when and in return are told exactly what they will provide. My particular worker was Zikrul Islam and I cannot recommend him more highly, in the words of the advertisment he does "exactly what it says on the tin". In terms of cost I think , if you have ever used a London trades company before, you will be more than satisfied.

I have a rental property in London but live abroad. Silver Saints have done several jobs for me, sometimes with no-one to supervise them and the work has always been perfect and reasonably and transparently priced.
The whole process of getting a quote and getting the job done is very simple and quick.
Their customer service is brilliant - very fast, honest and personal, even when something goes a bit wrong.
I especially recommend Sandor Bedi and trust him completely, even when I’m not there. No bad experiences with any of the other “ Saints”, though.
The world of maintenance and repair can be a nightmare for landlords living abroad but I’m in safe hands with Silver Saints.
I know I sound over the top but I have absolutely no connection with them, other than as a customer based in Portugal.

Hideous service can't even turn up or communicate and leaves you waiting!

Mohamed Haouari, called me to let me know what time he would arrive, which in this day and age is unusual. I was able to ask for his recommendations on things and I felt happy with ideas. The work he compeated for me was of the highest quality. I will definately use, Silver Saints again.

Jonathan arrived on time, went to get the necessary replacement parts and finished the job efficiently within the hour.

Seeing all the positive reviews, invited SS to visit to quote (for which one pays a small charge) for some small carpentry etc jobs. Emphasised the work was time-sensitive, and then waited and waited, and prompted, for the quote, and ultimately gave up when nothing was received by the end of the following week. (It's supposed to come, at latest, within five business days.) So, trusting in the SS service ultimately proved a time-waster. They refunded the quotation fee without complaint, but I'd have preferred to have had the promised level of service.

Excellent as ever. Never sure how you get the reputation for being expensive… everyone is always so efficient and gets the job done with minimal fuss ASAP.

Davoud from Silver Saints did the annual boiler and cylinder service and supplied and installed a cold water booster vessel, as the old one was not working. The pricing was clear and the work done in a timely and neat way.
