I have ordered off shreddy multiple times. My favourites are the protein in choc chip cookie dough and salted caramel icecream, and the BCAAs in lemonade. Amazing quality products and I love them! My only bug bear is that the postage for sending/importing to Australia is crazy expensive.

I’ve been using Shreddy for over a year now and I love everything about them! From the resistance bands to the supplements to their workouts - everything works! I’ve seen the results and I’m more than happy with them.
Couldn’t recommend Shreddy enough!

The daily dose is amazing, peach iced tea is my favourite flavour! So so tasty, also the BCA’s are also insane! 10/10

Fitness band: I placed my order and the money left my account over 3 weeks ago and have received nothing. I’ve contacted customer service. Not impressed at all and definitely will not be placing another order.

Update: after contacting customer service on Aug 15th I was told my order was still on the way to me. My order was placed on July 26th and I’ve still got absolutely nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s now Sep 12th, and tbh I completely forgot about it until today. I’ve emailed asking for a refund, if I hadn’t, they would happily have just taken my money without delivering what I ordered. Honestly dreadful.

I subscribed to the Shreddy app purely for Phoebe’s yoga sessions. I had been doing yoga with Phoebe before she became a Shreddy trainer so for me it was well worth subscribing just for her! I would recommend Phoebe’s yoga to anyone, I love her flows and she has such wonderful energy 💙

Shreddy is honestly one of the best fitness apps in the game. My first huge transformation using this app happened from January - March 2021 during the winter lockdown. Since then I’ve used it alllll the time and have absolutely loved the choose yourself: Transform Challenge and the community of women it brings together❤️ I’ve had so many of my friends try it and subscribe too and even my momma! You won’t regret using it!

I was a little nervous when I first downloaded Shreddy because I'd read a few bad reviews but that has NOT been my experience at all! I've had no issues with the app at all and the Shreddy team are always striving to improve it, asking questions in the chat section to problem solve and make it even better.

The workouts OMG, I've been going to the gym in and out for years and thought I knew what I was doing but damn the burn is real, even after upper days which I've never had before! I've deffo gained strength as well after only 6 weeks I can now do 3 sets of full pressups where before I couldn't do any.

Even if you're just getting the app for workouts you neeeed to try the recipes, so so tasty and vegan/veggie friendly, plus if you've got a sweet tooth like me they've got you covered🙏 and all of it worked within my calories!

The app is so good for organising your week and tracking all your weights, 100% worth it! Cannot recommend more, I'm converted

I’ve been trying to lose weight for ages and nothing was working. I downloaded Shreddy 4 weeks ago and am doing the 12 week fat loss programme. Already in just 4 weeks I’ve lost 5lbs and lost 4inches off my waist, I can’t believe the difference in my body already! Also lifting much heavier weights than 4 weeks ago as well so not only physical difference but so much stronger too. Can’t wait to see what happens in the next 8 weeks 🥵🤞🏼

Loving Shreddy so far!
It’s been great going to the gym knowing I have a plan already sorted out and being told what you should do and how many reps etc.
They offer different workout styles but I’ve been preferring the Strength mixed with Cardio workouts as I not only feel stronger but fitter.
There are definitely app improvements I would make and a few glitches but the Shreddy Team seem keen to fix these and are always asking for customer feedback 👍🏼

LOVE the shreddy app. Ive always felt a bit lost at the gym, not knowing what exercises to pull
Together and how hard to push each session etc. Shreddy makes it so so easy, with step by step what exercises to do, and in an app that is so simple and easy to use. More often than not I see many other women in my gym using Shreddy too, which is great - particularly when the challenges are on and we’re all working through the same workouts. It’s fitness made easy and fun, so I’m all for it!

Love Shreddy! I am currently doing 3 home workouts a week as this means I can be as flexible as I want to be and introduce other workouts/sports into my weekly routine. I find an app like this personally helps me stay consistent which was my main goal. Shreddy workouts are also helping me target areas/ exercises that I would usually avoid or do minimally (e.g. core work!!). The app sometimes has small glitches but overall love that it has timers and takes you through a whole tracked workout; I also love the community aspect of the app, really helps me stay motivated and feel like I’m not alone!

Great app and super easy to follow. First program I’ve actually stuck to! Highly recommend 👍🏻

This is my 2nd Shreddy challenge and I’m obsessed! I have seen so much progress both visually and physically .. the workouts are challenging and effective yet so much fun! I’ve never stuck to a plan before because I always get bored halfway so this is great for me. I also love the community! I only wish there was more variety with the meals and that they are more specific to individual calorie / macro goals.

Fitness app- honestly the best. Very structured and result driven based on your target area/ need. Proper long term plan not just random abs platform. I have tried anything from Nike workouts to kayla itsines and nothing compares. This has everything plus more. I was particularly interested to learn how to start lifting heaving without injuring myself and having the guide videos really helped. The group chats are great bonus! Yes there might be glitches from time to time but nothing that will stop your workout, plus all is fixed in due time. The quality and knowledge behind all the workouts and meals are top notch!
Protein pwdr and daily dose- i am obssesed and have both. Protein I only have after workout as I never use mine as a meal replacement but the daily dose is part of my morning routine and it is an extra joy for the day. In the summer with some ice it tastes like you are holiday.
Honestly could not recommend more! I have also been following the sm accounts for a while and the ethos and messaging behind the brand is what you want to see in a girls community. Honestly deserves all the encouragement and praising.

I’ve been doing the transformation guide for the Shreddy challenge and I have been loving it!!! I’ve never enjoyed a guide more and it’s really helped with discipline. It’s also helped my physical transformation as well as my mental health so much! I feel way stronger and I’m loving it!

Love using the app, makes my workouts a lot easier + more structured. It’s so nice to have a community online who uplift each other too- Shreddy is fab!!

Great workouts! Really good app, easy to use and the workouts are great, I especially like the challenges!

Absolutely love their challenges! I am currently doing their Choose Yourself Challenge at home and it is the perfect way for people who want to work out but get de-motivated or don't like going to the gym. Their home workouts have helped me so much and are really easy to follow along, while still challenging me and building up my strength.
The app is easy to navigate, it has some bugs that have been solved in the past (I personally haven't had them recently) and the team is always ready to take your suggestions into consideration and fixing any problems.
Overall, it has been a great experience.

Since downloading the Shreddy app, I have never been so motivated to go to the gym and workout! They have super easy and accessible workouts which are easy to follow, and they even have short clips to show you how to perform each exercise. I enjoy how you can tick off each exercise once it’s done so that you can see your progress!

It’s a great idea, but due to the extremely buggy nature of the app I lost all motivation to do the challenges in the first fortnight.

Just some issues: Your music stops when you time your sets or check them off, you can’t switch exercises, and sometimes it’ll freeze all together.

If the app worked smoothly it would be great.

Regret buying a year sub from the off, so if you want to try it I’d recommend doing a month first.
