I love Shreddy. I first started using it when one of their challenges started and I had a gym membership for the first time in my life but was completely clueless about what to do in the gym. I’m so thankful I started using it because after trying so many different guides I finally found a fitness routine that I genuinely enjoyed. I started looking forward to my gym days which I never thought was possible (I’ve never been athletic). I also saw my body transform after a couple months of consistently using the shreddy guides and I couldn’t believe my body could even look like that. I love the videos and explanations that go along with all the exercises. It’s very beginner friendly. Highly highly recommend!

Great workouts!! They’re challenging and fun! Great videos demonstrating the exercises which play throughout the workout. Love the picture you take at the end with all the info of your workout!

I bought the annual subscription in 2022 and I was really keen to start and see progress. The first time I used the app it froze and broke and didn't save my workout which was hugely unmotivating to someone trying to get in shape - especially as starting is usually the hardest bit. Also, it was really annoying because it felt like false advertising and I knew after I first used it that I could not rely on it, so I wasted £50. Then the cancellation process takes days and I thought I had cancelled but I got hit with another payment taken at the start of this year 23'. So they have £100 quid from me for an app that frankly is so glitchy and unused by me. In fairness I haven't used the app in the last year, so it may have improved but I would recommend other cheaper apps, like Nike training that's free and simple to use!

I’ve been using Shreddy for almost 3 years now and I won’t be using another app to workout. Shreddy has removed the stress out of not knowing what to do in the gym, for how long and how many reps. I love their workouts. The fact that I can look back at the history of weight I used and see how I’ve gotten stronger over the years is the motivation I need on some days. They keep the app updated with new workouts, motivational challenges (prizes associated with the challenges!), and meals. There are groups within the app that you can join if you want to chat with other people doing the same workouts, challenges, or who are on the same or similar journey as you. Shreddy has created an amazing community and personally, I’ve found the app so worth it.

I absolutely love the shreddy app. I got a subscription during the lockdown and have joined numerous challenges since. It is so easy to use and there are a huge variety of workouts which you can change around to suit your gym or home preference. The community is something special that comes with joining shreddy and isnt comparable with any other fitness app. I will continue to use shreddy for years to come for my fitness goals 💪

Shreddy is quite literally the only thing keeping me sane. They got me through the lock downs, got me back into exercising once I’d had my first child with one of their amazing 8 week challenges and have now got me back into a routine of working out this new year. There are plenty of amazing recipes for all dietary requirements and home and gym workouts for every level. I personally love the shreddy10 & 20 guides as I’m a mum so don’t get much time to workout, stretch and shower. Also these guides are killer but there’s nothing like dying on the first workout and then finishing your 8 weeks doing so many more reps!

Honestly I’d give it a try, for the price of a coffee what have you got to lose? I’ve cancelled and re started my subscription a few times too it’s super easy and I’m now on a year plan because I love it so much.

Absolutely love SHREDDY! Has got me back to the gym, feeling so good about myself, and even trying delicious new recipies! Always recommend this app to friends looking to get fit as the results are INCREDIBLE!

I used the shreddy app for approx a year after getting it in a boxing sale then removed my subscription.

A year later I was charged and despite numerous conversations with the customer experience team they refuse to refund me even though they couldn’t find an active account attached to my email address.

I’ve used the app for whole year now! I use it three times a week religiously! It’s been so good for my physical and mental gains! I love being able to follow the programme and not having to plan ahead myself! The exercises are easy to follow and push you hard enough to keep going! Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely loving this app. I got it back in September last year for a challenge I’d seen they were starting, I got a 3 month subscription and then renewed again for this year to start a new challenge. Really enjoy the workouts and the community and genuinely seeing progress. The app can be glitchy but I personally can look past that and still enjoy using it.

I LOVE this app! I’ve been using Shreddy since it’s OG launch and the developments this app has made throughout the years has been incredible. The workouts are so easy to follow along and the variety of workouts to choose from helps me not get bored of my gym routine. I recently signed up to the Twenty Twenty Me Strong 8 week challenge and I can’t wait to see the results!

Best workout app for women! I have been using this for the past 3 years and absolutely love it! You get extremely good results just by following the app so you don't have to plan anything. 11/10 recommend!

I bought a year's subscription but was unable to enroll onto the challenge. The app kept crashing each time I tried to log on.

I did all of the troubleshooting the website suggested and nothing worked. I reached out to the Insta page who told me to try the trouble shooting again and send a screen recording, which I did. I logged a support ticket and they told me to send a screen recording again. By this point the challenge enrollment window had already closed.

Shreddy do not offer refunds, which feels a scammy to me. I reached out to GooglePlay and explained I had paid for an app that didn't work at all, and they refunded me the full cost of my year's subscription.

I noticed there are many other reviews stating similar circumstances and being unable to get a refund from Shreddy directly. Please try getting it through App Store/GooglePlay. They are very helpful.

App does not work well. I signed up for a year subscription (as there is no trail offered) realised within one gym session I didn’t like the product so contacted customer support.
They won’t give me a refund and have just outright ghosted me now… very unprofessional. Don’t recommend.

I want a refund!!! I have had the app for a couple years but it always seems to be super buggy. I decided this year I no longer needed the app and wanted to delete my account and subscription. I deleted my account prior subscription renewal. The next day they had renewed my subscription even though my account had been deleted and charged me £50. I emailed them the same night having not used the services at all and not even able to access my account saying that I want a refund. I got a response that same day saying they do not do refunds as they have provided me with a service???? A service I have not used it makes 0 sense.

I honestly love the Shreddy workouts, but the app is absolutely appalling. I can't understand why fixing all of the bugs and glitches is not something that Shreddy are investing in, seeing as it seems to be a very common complaint! The app is literally unusable, it crashes halfway through workouts, the pause button doesn't work, I have to keep resetting the plan I'm doing to be able to see the calendar as it just goes blank, which then causes me to lose all my progress. It constantly logs me out (during workouts!!), or a page simply won't load and stays on the spinning wheel until I have to reset the app. The function that allows you to download a workout to use offline doesn't seem to work correctly either. It's such a shame because I really want to do these workouts, but I have tried all the troubleshooting tips, made sure everything is up to date, and nothing seems to work. This also happened back when I used it in 2020, so seems like it's an ongoing issue that just isn't being fixed. I have requested a refund as I bought the annual plan and have not actually been able to use it because of the issues, so I'm hoping this will be issued to me.

I was really doubtful about signing up to this app but I’m so glad I did in the end. Easy to follow workouts. I like the fact you can swap exercises if you don’t have access to a particular machine/equipment. Would be helpful if the app could automatically suggest alternatives but otherwise I’ve really enjoyed the challenge. Definitely feel a lot stronger!
