Ho acquistato dei capi da questo sito Internet, ma sfortunatamente 2 su 3 non vanno bene.

Ho quindi seguito la procedura di reso che prevedeva questo:

- reso con corriere da loro deciso (UPS o DHL per l’Italia)

- spese di reso a mio carico (per la modica cifra di 14,53 euro)

Ho quindi creato etichetta UPS e spedito il pacco a mie spese.

Dopo una settimana di segnalazioni da parte di UPS, che inoltravo tempestivamente a Glowmode per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti, oggi il mio pacco mi è stato restituito da UPS con questa motivazione:

“Non siamo stati in grado di recuperare l'indirizzo corretto del destinatario, il pacco verrà restituito al mittente.
Risoluzione delle eccezioni:
Il pacco verrà restituito al mittente.”

Ci tengo a precisare che l’indirizzo di destinazione che ho utilizzato è quello che Glowmode ha indicato nella pratica di reso.

Sto continuando a mandare segnalazioni per chiedere aiuto, ma nessuno ad oggi ha ancora risolto la mia situazione.

Non consiglio ASSOLUTAMENTE a nessuno di utilizzare questo sito internet per i vostri acquisti, a prescindere dalla qualità della merce.

I have been back and forth with Klarna and Glowmode I made a purchase for leggings but I was charged twice for one transaction, Klarna forwarded me on all the relevant information to pass onto them and they are not responding to help me so I am being charged twice for just one order !!!!!!

This was my first time ordering from Glowmode, and it will be my last.

I ordered a matching set but only received the bottom. The top was canceled and labeled as a “sensitive item,” with no clear explanation. There is nothing about a basic clothing top that would reasonably be considered sensitive, and the wording was confusing and concerning.

I reached out to customer service for clarification and requested to cancel the entire order and return everything. Despite contacting them, they still did not explain why the item was canceled and did not provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Instead of clear communication or a proper resolution, I was left with an incomplete order and unanswered questions. Transparency and customer service are critical, especially for a first-time customer, and this experience fell far short.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Glowmode.

You get an order conformation but not specifiying the clothes you ordered which already felt sus. I was already dreading something like this based on the prices (which are low).
I received all the items I orderd within 7 days, which I think is very accaptable. Though not having it in the confirmation email they seem to be exactly the clothes I ordered.
I haven't tried the clothes yet. The feel is of suprisingly decent quality. They smell a bit weird but hopefully a round in the wash wil fix that.
However, I do feel a bit scammed that they just send their clothes (through? as a part of?) Shein. I choose to not shop there and am a bit disappointed. The expierence is accaptable but just know what you're buying and make it a purposeful choice.
