Best Naturals order info and shipping are great.

Customer service is a scam!

I clearly requested a refund and followed all the return instructions provided by Best of Natural. Despite this, they deducted the return shipping cost from my refund. When I questioned the deduction, I was given several different explanations which contradicted each other.

I provided evidence, but they refused to reconsider the deduction and told me they considered the matter closed.

Very disappointing experience. Not worth it.

Best Naturals is the best!!! Best Naturals St. John's Wort and Oil of Oregano is the only brand I will purchase now after trying them. And the price is great also. Ordering process is as easy as it can get. I will definitely place more orders in the future.

I used these calcium and D3 before excellent product

The absolute worst customer service ever, and they blamed me.
I had to send them multiple email explaining that their serving size was wrong and that they got me extremely ill.
I tried to tell them that 1/2 of a tablespoon was more than 2 grams. And that I was Taking 5 grams per day.
This is what they sent me .

The product label states that the serving size is 2 grams, equivalent to 1/2 tablespoon, and advises taking 2 grams as a dietary supplement or as directed by your healthcare provider. The label does not recommend a specific higher daily dosage.

I cant believe you know nothing about your product. the studied dosage is 3.2 to 6.4 grams. not only that THIS IS THIER LABLE

Directions: Take 1/2 level tablespoon 3 to 4 times daily, mixed into 8 fl oz of water or a preferred beverage.

so they try to make it my fault but by their own product label i was taking 2 tablespoons a day. (double almost triple the recommended dosage)

So they had me overdosing on their product.
After all that they finally sent this

The customer service representatives on their website are incompetent and won't offer me a replacement product. There are better brands of vitamins and would not suggest buying this brand. Had a bad experience with a employee through email messaging.

I have ordered two times from them and each time received the best price and (having met the minimum for free shipping) received free shipping. While you could buy their products from Amazon, ordering direct gets their products even faster into your hands it seems. They ship from NJ from what I have seen. They will continue to be my supplier of supplements and I am sincerely happy with them.

I am receiving and paying for the order twice in error. Now I have twice the COQ-10 that I require and I paid twice. Your emails are very confusing.
