This was a really excellent experience. Submitting details and photos was straightforward. Got a date that suited me with sensible appointment window so no waiting around. On the day, Logan arrived promptly and, along with a colleague, carried out a perfect invisible repair. He was professional and friendly. Fantastic.

A mixed review from me
A mixed review from me, when I spoke to the Shine office about the ETA I was told that the engineer would give me 45 minutes notice to drive from work this didnt happen the technician was at my door bell, to be fair to him he was not told this but he agreed to get lunch and pop back.
He did a fab job on the repair it turned out to be a slightly more challenging repair which was signed off by the office.
The set up was great but there is over spray in the body and glass of my vehicle, this was covered but was a windy day. Luckily my hubby is a valeter so can remove this.
