The driver arrived on time. He was friendly and had my problem sorted within 10 minutes. Absolutely no complaints.

The technician who came was on time. He also notified me in advance that he was on his way.
He was exceptionally conscientious. I know because he took at least twice as long as a technician from a different firm who came a few months ago to do a similar job. This was not wasted time as he clearly took extra precautions such as covering the car with a dust sheet that the other firm did not take. They also made a fuss about the colour of the car( but they knew the reg number and could have looked it up in advance?)and had to rearrange the date, so that I had to take another day off work. They also refused to do the job on my home parking space despite their being room for 5 cars and I had to go with them to a car-park attached to a local church. This was quite unnecessary. Your man was much easier to work with and clearly took great pride in his work

Lovely service and, all was good. Technician had a lot of knowledge and the scratches disappeared.

Scratch repair completed in rain. However glue tape trace marks remained. Had to arrange revisit to tidy. 3 week wait as only Wednesdays available to revisit. Below 100% satisfaction, from Shine's aim. Extra time to provide evidence, arrange date and wait for job to be completed correctly .

Excellent service....this is the second time that I have had a scratch repair due to an insurance policy with auto protect who use Shine!.
Today the same technician, Dan, arrived and carried out a high class repair, also sorted out the issue that I had made two claims but only one had been processed. Dan then carried out the repairs for both, which I really appreciated.
Absolutely delighted with the results of the finish and Dan was so efficient, polite and really impressed with his work ethic and standard of repair... thank you!! 🤓

Good repair, only slight criticism with the booking system, the advised arrival time was 11.30am to 3.30pm so could not plan around this, a tighter estimated arrival time, or even AM or PM would have been useful.
