Products are counterfeit and terrible customer service.

I bought multiple lighters from them and everything went perfect. They answered any questions i had. Definitely one of my favorite stores for lighters.

While initially sceptical, I must say that the quality of the various products I ordered is absolutely outstanding. So was the service when one item was out of stock. Fast delivery with DHL without any issues. I placed another, significantly larger order and am excited to receive the goods.

I accidentally ordered a single flame lighter but their team offered to upgrade me to a dual flame lighter free of charge after I asked them if I could swap my current (unshipped) order for a dual flame item.

I made a purchase from Sherry007 and the experience has been great. the item arrived exactly when I was told it would, was exactly as described, and works great. I did have an issue with my purchase after about a week. Turns out the issue was me not knowing how to properly maintain it. I sent an email to support and they quickly responded and assisted me with the problem. They even sent me a video with instructions. Great support, great product. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Ordered two amazing products. The customer service is an absolute 5 star rating, they are very helpful and very honest.
