Needed a new dual handset for Sherborne recliner chair. Spoke to a lovely lady called Donna who was so helpful. She took all details/payment and I received it several days later. Brother in law fitted it but said was not working, so I phoned and spoke to a wonderful lady called Jenna, she was so helpful and said no problem in replacing but did we check on/off switch opposite side of handset. Apparently only thing brother on law didnt check was that which was so funny. Anyhow works perfect. The customer service at Sherborne upholstery is amazing and I think they are one of the best online. Just so friendly and ultra helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I made a phone call regarding the issue, spoke to a lovely lady, Julie, who was most helpful who put parts in the post and they arrived two days later. Excellent service, cannot fault it! Would recommend this company 100%

Fabulous service, our spring give up the ghost fire after ten years of reclining, phoned up to purchase a new one and it came the next day. Now good as new. Thanks.

Excellent customer service from Donna. The spring underneath my elderly father's recliner chair snapped after 15+ years of use, leaving the chair with the footrest in an up position.
I spoke to Donna who quickly identified the part I was referring to, emailed a photo to double check it was the correct item during our phone call, and then kindly offered to send one, free of charge with instructions on how to fit it, with the reassurance that it was a simple job to replace it. It arrived 2 days later, and my husband had the chair back in full working order within 5 minutes.
My father is absolutely delighted, and I am grateful for the excellent customer service.

We've bought our first furniture around 5 years ago and it's just as comfortable as the day it was delivered. We have since ordered more and recommended the company to our family, after trying ours, have also invested in sofas and chairs.
Last week, one of the springs on the recliner mechanism broke after many years of good service and the company arranged a replacement and really helpful instructions straight away. Superb customer service.

The above rating say it all! Very good service from Sherborne. Ordered a Y lead for reclining sofa which was not required in the end. Phoned and spoke to Julie who said that it could be returned for credit. Nice to be able speak to helpful staff. Would recommend Sherborne in future.

I cant recommend Sherbourne Upholstery enough. My elderly mother had a difficulty with the spring mechanism that was knocked and damaged during a house move... their customer support went out of there way to send instructions and even provided a complimentary replacement of a spring which solved the problem. So friendly and helpful.

Good, old-fashioned personal service. A telephone call was answered by a human, who put me straight through to Julie, who knew exactly which spare part I needed. Within 3 working days the part was received and my recliner repaired. Superb.

I recently purchased two second hand riser/recliners and one of them had the feet missing. I contacted Sherborne to see if I could purchase new feet and I was absolutely amazed at their instant reply offering them free of charge. Having previously purchased a Catch and Cable from you, I needed another. Donna was able to identify what was required and to send it to me. It arrived 2 days later and I fitted it (with a little difficulty) the next day. The sofa now operates just as it should

Our 2 seater recliner has to mainly run on a battery. After 5+years the battery was obviously getting old. I made an equiry on line and almost instantly had a response from their sales team (julie I think) with a price and a part number. I phoned the sales team and the same lady made a point of checking the battery part number which I ordered and it arrived 2 days later. What service - so unusual.

At the beginning of the new year I emailed the staff at Sherborne upholstery as I needed a spare part for my elderly Aunts rise recliner chair. Previously I had received a replacement part last year from Sherborne which unfortunately had failed probably because its current use is beyond its capabilities.
I asked if a stronger more robust product could be supplied.
The staff said leave it with us!
I received a lovely email from Julie at Sherborne upholstery who said she had sourced a metal replacement part and would be sent out.
The customer service is truly exceptional.

I contacted Sherborne on Friday afternoon to obtain a replacement spring for a recliner. The service was exceptionally good and I Had the springs in the post on Saturday.

The response to my call was totally wonderful, I needed a replacement part for my recliner (which I love love love) I was connected to Jennie .. another human!! And the part arrived next day !!!. Such courteous and efficient care for customers is really valuable and made me feel very warmed the staff there… thank you to the staff and Sherborne… they do care .

I’ve contacted Sherborne in 2022, when I had a problem with my rise & recliner. Angela was extremely helpful and we soon got the problem resolved. This year (2024), I contacted Sherborne again to request a new hand controller and was very quickly sorted, it arrived in the post the next day. Fantastic customer service. Thanks to everyone there.
