Don't use there service

Don't use there service. I Paid them for 1 year subscription which should include dropship service & no minimum order, the first order was ok the second one they didn't accept it because they have changed the subscription terms & they don't accept dropship orders anymore. They refused to refund me for the membership & I can't find the membership option at there website anymore I think they have removed it.

We would like to clarify that your first order was processed as a regular wholesale order, not as a drop ship order. At Sharp Import LLC, we do not offer drop shipping services. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, shipments are sent with the end customer’s name along with Sharp Import LLC listed as the shipper.

Regarding the second order, it was canceled to avoid any potential misunderstanding with your customer. Our intention was not to interfere with your business in any way. As previously communicated, we do operate a separate platform specifically designed for drop shipping services, and we had shared that information with you for future reference.

Additionally, as confirmed by Jay from our customer service team, your Premium Membership refund is being processed today.

We always aim to be transparent in our policies and business practices, and we regret any confusion caused. Great Knives worth every dollar!

I was a bit skeptical about this website at first-hand. Seeing the prices of the knives, I thought it was too good to be true. Fast forward to now, I've received my knives, and I am content with them! A legitimate company and I'd definitely buy from them again.

My new friend.....

I recieved my hand pistol, tha SAVA MAGNUM. Wow what a nice piece. I thought to myse)f lets see what she can do. I loaded 2 full clips and unloaded them as fast as i can pull the trigger. Never jammed never miss fired. Sava just wanted more rounds. Beautiful gun. I highly recommend to others. I really give it a 6 star.

I order from them all the time. Super fast shipping and great customer service. If you ever have a problem they will solve it at their expense. There’s no other place like it.
