Driver Fitting
After having my Irons fitted in 2022 I went back to get my Driver fitted and same as the first visit really enjoyed the process, James is brilliant at his job and had me hitting consistent distance and much better dispersion from the get go.
Out on the course the Driver has preformed the same as on the day of fitting. Very happy with my Driver and irons.

Full set fitting
Both James who fitted my woods, and Aaron who fitted my irons/wedges were excellent. Excellent facility where you're made to feel extremely welcome. The team demonstrated the different parts of the fitting processes, and were even sympathetic towards my bad back and instead of forcing an opinion/club to try and get the fitting finished, they asked me to come back to make sure I was completely comfortable with the clubs we thought were right. Can't recommend highly enough

New driver fitting
After being fitted late 2023 for my new Mizuno 923 HL irons it was time to upgrade my driver.
James got me hitting my own Callaway to get the figures he was looking for as a benchmark. I always felt it connected well but didn't go very far.
He dialed me into a Taylor Made Qi10 max with a Accra shaft which on the screen gizmo came up a full thirty yards of improvement.
I have used it on a trip to Tenerife where it felt great.
I've had a lesson recently which has really enhanced that it was the correct combination.
Massive thanks to James and all the guys at SGGT for a fantastic experience and loved the video showing the change.
I'll be back for a fairway wood in the next month or two.

Fairway wood fitting
Had a fairway wood fitting with James at the end of 2023. Whole session was great and ended up getting dialled in to what I need. Now have another weapon in the bag and opened up more par 5’s in two shots. Communication and service was great

New Iron Fitting Nov 2023
First visit to SGGT for any kind of fitting, booked in for full iron set fitting with James. Arrived a bit early and was welcomed in by James who let me warm up for easily 20 mins, we started with a chat about what I was looking for and if I had any preferences. Was open to trying anything and James was very helpful knowledgeable and explained each change in shaft and head thoroughly. We tried many shafts and heads, indoor and outdoor, we even tried different grips to get the best out my swing. Overall, a fantastic experience and I am delighted with my new irons, would definitely recommend a fitting at SGGT and I will be going back soon to see James for a Driver fitting.

Got fitted for a utility wood recently having had driver and irons fitted before - wouldn’t go anywhere else. Whilst my swing is still WIP I have confidence that my clubs definitely are not the issue!

5* iron fitting
Drove up to Edinburgh for an iron fitting. Talked about current set and what I liked and didn’t like. Worked through a few options and landed on a perfect fit. Haven’t the ability to try a 4 iron made us realise it wasn’t necessary and we went through a 5 wood fitting instead to fit the gap in my bag.
The fitter also adjusted my current set to match my new specs in the interim until my new irons were built.
Really comprehensive fitting and lots of insight. Already booked for a wedge fitting in the spring.

The only place I will ever buy clubs from
Recently was back again at SSGT for another fitting.
Was fitted few months ago for new irons and the whole process and experience was second to none. Been fitted in the past in other places but with all honesty SSGT gave me my first ever proper fitting. Thanks to new irons handicap went down from 6 to 3.
Recent visit was for driver shaft and utility iron and again first class service.
Less than a week and new clubs arrived.
Highly recommended to anyone who’s thinking about getting new golf clubs.

I have been to SGGT on 2 occasions. Firstly for a full iron set up and recently for a new driver. The staff were just brilliant and guided me through the system and explained the data that each club delivered and what changes were required to get what was best for me and my swing.
I feel more confident on hitting my shots and I fully trust the clubs to do what they were built for. I have since dropped my handicap by 9 and will be returning soon for new Wedges to complete my bag. Give them a visit and you will never regret it

Iron fitting…
Today I had a fitting with Scott Fraser at SGGT. This started with getting a baseline from my current set of irons. Following this we established that the shafts that I currently use were still a good fit for me. Then we started to hit clubs that appealed to me and after looking at the data we settled on the latest Mizuno 245 irons. I would also add that the feel and performance of these irons is absolutely stunning. We also looked at wedges and here Scott took time to look at my technique and gave advice to help me improve. This helped me to select the T24 wedges.
I would recommend SGGT to anyone looking for a new set of clubs the set up that they have and options for club building are second to none.
Any golfer would benefit from there experience in club fitting.

What a great place
What a great place. I’ve been going to SGGT for about 4 years now and it’s always great, team are incredibly friendly and know exactly how to promote the technology they have. Always have a wide range of kit and know exactly the best way to justify all the decisions they make and really shows in your golf. Already can’t wait to try everything out once it’s all ready, couldn’t think of a better place to go!

Wedge Fitting
I’ve previously had an iron fitting at SGGT last year and came back recently to have a wedge fitting with Ross Leeds. Was great experience and has really helped my game, particularly getting the lofts and grinds right for the loft and type of shot I wanted to play was really useful. Ross was really knowledgeable throughout the entire process

I never fully realised the difference…
I never fully realised the difference it makes in your game getting a custom fitting at SGGT. I have been a few times and slowly getting a fully fitted bag and the service and knowledge from everyone is incredible! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for custom fitting and highly recommend! I have recently had fittings from James who was incredible and sure it will bring a new dimension to my game
